Good ingredients and a pretty colour but I’ve no idea how it works because it’s so hard I can only get a smear off the surface each time I try to use it. I put it in the sun to soften it and it melted. Their customer service told me to put it in the fridge and I’m back to square one. Waste of money

They respond promptly to any questions. They are open & friendly & very helpful. I have dealt with them for a few years & am very impressed with their service. They are in Great Britain & I am in the US & they helped my understanding of how they ship & by whom. Their Rescue cream works very well.

I believe this balm has made a huge difference to my rosacea symptoms

I have used the rescue balm for over 2 months now and my psoriasis is the same as always.
Very disappointing because I really thought this time for time something would work.

Purchased the rescue balm after hearing about the company, and the product really does live up to its name. Shipped quickly, and It is a generous amount in the tin, and works really well. I have full body psoriasis, and at a guess around 70% of my skin is affected due to years of stress. I’ve tried everything going and nothing has been successful in shifting it. This is the only product I’ve seen any sort of improvement with and especially in so little time. Within a day or two I have patches of psoriasis - small and large, already starting to break up and noticeably fade in colour. My psoriasis has affected my confidence, it attacks my skin where my tattoos are, and it makes everyday things such as being able to shave my legs feel impossible without tearing up my skin and bleeding - which I’ve successfully been able to do for the first time in years without issue thanks to your product. It sounds like such a mundane and minimal thing, but to me it is huge. I am so incredibly grateful and can’t thank you all enough.

Seriously, thank you a million times over. The relief alone is indescribable, finally knowing there is something out there that actually helps, and knowing I’ll be able to get my skin as close to normal again. I will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend.

I bought "Rescue Balm" for my son's eczema and the cream did seem to be having a positive effect. However, my son went to apply it a few days ago and the lid blew off resulting in cream on his clothes, up the walls and his bedding. It had been a hot day, but my son's room is typical for a teenager- blinds closed, so no direct sunlight. I work in the natural products industry, and any consumer reporting something like this would result in our customer service team carrying out a level of diligence. With this in mind, I emailed the Thunderbird customer service team and was told "You should have kept it somewhere like the fridge". If you need it kept in the fridge, here's an idea- put it on the labelling! I explained that whilst the room was warm, it was never near a source of heat or in direct sunlight (as is stated on the label). Then. Nothing. Radio silence. A real shame as I'm sure my son would have benefited from on-going use of this product (it's not cheap!!) but we'll now look elsewhere for another solution. So, clearly they have a good product, but judging by other reviews the after-care service leaves something to be desired.

I had really bad ,raw eczema on my face and neck. I was prescribed mild steroids and a paraffin based cream by my GP. It did not work at all. I tried off the shelf products which only made it worse. I do not normally purchase items off Facebook but I was desperate. Thunderbird products have been amazing. It took a few weeks for it work but my goodness I am pleased with the result. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to as this stuff is amazing. I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis and basically the nurse at my GP surgery gave me all the wrong creams such as hydrocortisone and Fucidin which made it worse. I tried this and within the first day I noticed an improvement and since then it has all but gone. Thank you

A regular customer of Thunderbird skin for their high quality and eczema-friendly products! I have different skin issues and their skincare products are the only ones that do not trigger further inflammation and dryness. Recently they have sunscreen and it’s great on my dry skin as well. Shipping takes a bit long since I’m not in Europe but customer service is prompt and helpful.

I had a bad flare up of Rosacea so I ordered the rescue balm and the repair balm. I have seen the ads a lot and was willing to give anything a try. I LOVE both products. As people have mentioned the smell is a bit weird, I don't care about that because it worked brilliantly for me. I've even been putting it on my other half's new tattoo (I put it on for him, he doesn't like the feel) and it's been great for that too.
Delivery was quick and also well packaged.

I have not used the rescue balm for eczema or psoriasis but very dry cracked skin on hands and feet. The results have been amazing. My hands are soft again and my feet incredible. I apply 2-3times a day if I can. At night I apply, then wear socks. It has totally cleared my horrible dry skin and the athletes foot that I had. The difference in less than a week has made me so happy!!! It does smell but worth it for the results! Once massaged in it is easily absorbed.( I am 68 so some hard wear and tear!)

Incredible products that have made my skin less inflamed. The Rosehip serum in particular is wonderful and I always have people telling me how incredible my skin is when I wear it.

I ordered the Rescue Balm from Thunderbird Natural Skin Care without actual hope to find a cure because the salved prescribed by specialists made it even worse.The delivery process was very well documented and it arrived surprisingly fast. The smell of the balm takes some getting used to. I am not sure if it is due to the cannabis oil used. Anyway, the flakes in my eyebrows and around the nose were already gone after three days. And after a week the dry patches and the pink spots are almost gone! Highly recommend!

I use the serum, suncream and rescue cream. All the products suit my skin so we'll and have helped to heal a very itchy red area from the bottom of my nose down to my mouth. I had tried many other creams/treatments before this and these are the only products that have not irritated it. If it flares up a bit I use the rescue balm on that area overnight which gets it back on track. The rescue balm didn't suit my whole face, I have an oily complexion, so I just use it on the areas that really need it and that works well. To maintain it i use the rescue cream every night and this works besutifully on my whole fsce as its less oily. Highly recommend the products. The testers you can get are a really decent size and last long enough to give you a feel as to whether the product suits you.

I tried the rescue balm for my 12 year old daughter’s eczema last year in desperation after many courses of steroids from the GP and dermatologist which did not help. She also had several infections after being given steroids which made her skin much worse.
Now about six months after starting to use rescue balm her skin is back to normal so much so that the dermatologist has said she doesn’t need to see them anymore! I was initially very skeptical about this cream but could not believe the difference it made! Thank you so much Thunderbird Skin.
The rescue balm is not cheap but a small amount goes a long way and worth every penny!

Far to greasy had to put on cotton gloves

So many companies market their products as all natural and hype the benefits and make promises that are rarely fulfilled.
Thunderbird products are the only ones in my experience that live up to their promises..I have tried all their products and always get asked about my skin and what I use.
Thunderbird skin balm is amazing and my daughter is now another loyal customer as she did suffer with psoriasis and now doesn't need steroid cream ..highly recommend thunderbird skin worth every penny.

I tried Thunderbird skincare in absolute desperation after all my attempts to clear perioral dermatitis failed, even steroids didn’t help. I was amazed by the results, the pain and itching reduced within the first few weeks and eventually my skin cleared completely. It is incredible stuff and I now don’t use anything else. My skin has never looked better. I’ve just added the sun cream to my regime - it’s wonderful.
