Placed another order last week. Once again, it arrived quickly and well packaged. I had reached out with a query and they responded extremely quickly - their customer service is bar far the best I have experienced! They are by far my favourite tcg company to shop with.

Ive never left a Trust Pilot review before but this well deserves to be my first. I've ordered from Marbell TCG a couple of times now, and every experience has been excellent. But my most recent order really showed why their customer service is just top notch.

I requested a pristine ETB, and they kindly made a note on my account to hand-select the best one available before shipping. Unfortunately, the shrink wrap was damaged during transit. When I contacted them about it, I received the kind of customer service that I saw people talk about in the reviews.

The conversation felt genuinely personal. I wasn't talking to a scripted customer service agent giving formal, copy-and-paste responses, I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about making things right. They managed to be both friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

Without any hassle, they offered me the choice of a full refund or compensation that was more than fair. I also suggested that they consider upgrading the style of shipping boxes they use to help prevent similar issues in the future. To my surprise, they replied to let me know they had already gone ahead and placed an order for improved packaging.

That level of customer care and willingness to listen to feedback is incredibly rare. On top of that, every product I've bought from them has been competitively priced, always below market value.

When you combine great prices with genuinely outstanding customer service, it's easy to see the presence of the overwhelming positive feedback here. They've earned a customer for life, and whenever I'm looking for any specific TCG products I'd always see if they have it first before looking anywhere else.

Best place to shop for any TcG ! They handle everything with care and I don’t know what it is but they have the best pulls so far!

Ah, you guys are absolutely awesome!

After starting Riftbound and spending hours upon hours and days upon days searching for even a single pack ( because of ridiculous scalpers) I decided to order a box as it wa so hard to even find a pack where I live. The box came factory sealed and in perfect condition but also boxed very very well!

I pre ordered a Riftbound booster box and i overlooked the delivery as I was still on holiday. The team got back to me very quickly and we arranged for it to be delivered to an alternate address.
