Saw some items in stock and had ordered. It became apparent that this was an error and the owner spent a lot of time cancelling orders and sent an email explaining this. Clowns are leaving bad reviews for no reason. Great owner and great gesture to donate £500 to charity.

Great company, Ignore the bot/ scalper reviews trying to damage the reputation. Because they ordered 1000s of stock which didn’t exist. It was swiftly dealt with and fully transparent.

Avoid. Order was cancelled, which is normally understandable but after looking into it a bit more, this guy clearly has a history. Even notification pages/sites have blacklisted the site from their services.

Avoid this seller. Clearly fake reasons and cancelled all orders because they weren't marked up highly above RRP. No one is buying the reasons. Don't be a sheep with this seller. Responds to all negative reviews with a copy/pasted response. Lack of accountability trying to shift blame onto others. Blames the issue on someone working on the web page instead of taking accountability for their own site! Avoid at all costs.

Ignore the negative reviews from scalpers who tried to benefit from collectors kingdom website having a technical issue meaning items were showing in stock when they weren’t supposed to. When orders got cancelled bad reviews were left. Collectors kingdom is one of the best out there and I highly recommend! Ive ordered from them 100s of times without any problems! You wont be disappointed ordering from collectors kingdom!

Saw some Destined Rival stock land and placed an order.
Unfortunately the order had to be cancelled due to website issues. It’s a small business without a huge I.T team in the background so stuff happens.
The cancellation was done with great communication and know it wouldn’t of been easy
Any grown A$$ people that have left a bad review because you can’t get your little pieces of cardboard or to scalp other is wild. It’s not that deep.

I’ve used Collectors Kingdom a few times over the last year (from Chinese Gem packs to Terastal boxes) and always had top service from Mike.

It’s a small customer and community focussed business, aiming to build a strong reputation for genuine collectors (not those leaving 1 star reviews having had a bot ping for a website error, knowing the error was too good to be true and now trying to destroy a reputation).

If you email Collectors Kingdom the owner will email you back. He’s open and transparent in all deals I’ve had.

Where would you find the owner of a business (in fact any business), that within hours of getting 7,000 orders, they can communicate openly, and spend through the night making sure everyone has had their funds released.

I trust the business and will continue to use them, even when they might not be the cheapest, as I know I can email Mike and get top service.

I felt compelled to leave a review to share my recent experience, especially seeing the unfair backlash this business is currently receiving over a massive technical glitch that was completely out of their control.

During a backend IT update, their website accidentally showed all inventory as "in stock," which unfortunately allowed thousands of orders to flood through. While a tech mishap like that is a nightmare for any small business, the way the owner handled it speaks volumes about their character.

I was one of the customers who placed an order during the glitch, and I was swiftly issued a full refund within 12 hours.

It is incredibly disheartening to see an honest business get hammered by negative reviews for a genuine system error. They handled a chaotic situation with incredible speed and grace. I will absolutely be shopping here again in the future, and I highly encourage others to support this wonderful business!

They had a technical issue with their website last night that accidentally showed unlimited stock on everything. It was completely out of their control, not their fault at all, and it's a shame to see people being so harsh in the reviews over an honest mistake. The owner handled it incredibly well they are clearly very genuine and even made a donation to GOSH on our behalf to make up for the glitch.

I really look forward to shopping here when the website is back up and running!

Can't fault the service! My order too was cancelled due to a technical error but the commitment to fix the situation along with numerous update comms were 5*, with the owner working flat to issue refunds within a few hours. Even billion dollar companies don't work this fast!

Tech issues can happen to any business - it's how they're dealt with that matters, and in this case I couldn't have asked for more.

Once the website is up and running again you've got a customer for life :)

Ordered from Collectors Kingdom on many occasion and all I can say is the guy who runs this business is very down to earth and actually about the hobby instead of the profit!

I would easily buy from him again knowing that I can trust him and his business to deliver. Collector's Kingdom was the only reason I was able to master set 151 at a time when I pretty much was ready to give up. A memory I will cherish forever!

Experienced a website glitch showing stock when there wasn’t any. The owner has emailed and explained the situation. On top of that worked all night to get through refunds all in one night. Great communication, speedy refund. Would definitely use them again. Don’t see the need for bad reviews due to this situation which was quickly amended at all. Many thanks 😃

This team is being unfairly targeted by people who are upset that their orders never went through. Even though my order fell through, it was entirely out of the store's control, and their customer service was excellent. They clearly communicated what the issue was and rectified it immediately. I can’t imagine the amount of work that went into resolving the issue in the short amount of time that they done it in! Amazing work.

They even donated £500 to Great Ormond Street Charity to make amends for the issue. They are wonderful people running a great HONEST business which in itself is pretty rare in this space at the moment. Keep going you are definitely needed in this community!

Refreshing to see a genuine great person in the Pokemon selling world!

Mistake was made where the website allowed sales of items that were out of stock.

Apology email and refund were through in the morning, no harm done! They even donated to a charity which was incredible and unnecessary.

Ignore the selfish 1 star reviews from entitled scalpers.
