Disappointing customer service and misleading info
I am a returning customer, but a recent in-store visit was highly disappointing. After I asked about an online to in-store price difference, the store manager took a defensive stance and claimed the policy was stated in the website’s Terms & Conditions. This turned out to be completely untrue.Head office has since apologised and confirmed the manager fabricated this info and handled the situation poorly. While I understand channels can have different prices, making up rules to dismiss a customer is terrible service. The defensive attitude and lack of transparency completely ruined the experience. I hope the promised staff retraining actually happens.

Well done with your raffle option for Pokemon products. What a great stress free method of doing it. And to do it needed a card will help stop duplicates and bots. Great system.

Next day isn't next day
Placed an order Thursday evening and paid £5.99 for next day delivery.
I contacted the company Friday afternoon I did have to email more than once to get the answer I required as it hadn't updated tracking to be advised it would arrive Saturday by Royal Mail.
Tracking updated it is by DHL it has been collected but won't arrive until Monday. This is not next day!
I have asked for my next day shipping to be refunded to be told oh come back once order arrives.
Well hopefully when it does arrive nothing is missing as it's a large order and quite a few items in there.
This experience has put me off placing further orders.

Poor Packing of Funko Pops
I ordered a funko pop and it arrived within three days which I thought was amazing especially as there had been a weekend.
The issue I had was the packaging. I collect funko pops and keep them in mint condition. I ordered one normal sized funko and a pin. They were sent in a box which was significantly larger than the product which meant that the funko box was clearly moving around and has become damaged. The product itself is undamaged but as someone who wants a pristine box it was very disappointing as other companies take much better care.
I used the company as it was the only place I could get this particular pop and the outcome has been rather unfortunate.

Poor customer service
Received a broken item, not necessarily the company's fault. However, the response from their customer service team is. It is obvious that Booghe outsource this to a 3rd party provider. I initially asked for a replacement or refund. After jumping through hoops for a few days, back and forth email exchanges and discussing the nuances between defective and damaged they offered a 25% refund. I declined their offer and on the 23rd February they agreed to send a replacement part directly from the supplier. To date, no update. I then wrote a product review via trustpilot and received a response to that review, advising me to speak to customer service. Responded to that as it was obvious they had not read the content of the review, given I mentioned the issues with customer service. Nothing back. Unless what you need is only available with Booghe, go elsewhere.

I bought 20 packs of clickeez. Suposely there should be a surprise package inside… they are opened!!!!!!
All of them!!!
20 packs and none of them has a special piece. It is a fraud!!
When I picked up my order at the post office, I had to pay 7€ more for the delivery. I had already paid the international delivery!!!
I would never ever recommend you, neither buy again anything at your fake shop

Booghe Toys scalp Pokemon Products!
Booghe Toys scalp Pokemon Products!! At first they were an excellent place to purchase Pokemon from at retail prices but as soon as the retail store became popular they increase the prices of Pokemon Products way above Retail. For example the Charizard UPC retails at £74.99 yet Booghe are selling for £174.99!
Similarly ETBs are £74.99 when retail is £45 to £50.
Feels very wrong to scalp collectors and when challenged they allege the supplier sets the price! Wonder what the supplier would say to that?
