I’ve had the most amazing experiences with jets - online and instore.. I have been buying from their website for a long time and have never had any issues - orders arrive quickly, well packed and communication is on point. In store the team take their time to get to know you, which is a lovely customer experience, they have a variety of stock and accessories to compliment your tcg collections and the team go above expectations to ensure you have a fantastic visit and find what you can.

The prices of tcg products and accessories are an absolute steal compared to a lot of the market recently and there is such a variety to choose from.

There is a wonderful tcg community vibe when you go to the shop, every customer gets involved with the conversations, as well do the staff, which makes the shop such a pleasant experience. The only problem is that because there is such a good vibe you want to stay and end up spending more money!!! Haha!!

Really friendly experience. My son had a few hundred pounds of cards he wanted to trade for a higher value card. They made it easy and were very informative when they found a couple of fake cards which we had no idea about.
I will definitely be returning and hopefully trade some more in the near furure

Josh and Shane were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Whether you're hunting a grail card, filling binder gaps, or simply trying to convince yourself you don't need another pack, they're always happy to help.

The shop is well stocked, well presented, and has the dangerous ability to make your wallet lighter while making you leave with a massive smile.

As an independent Pokémon retailer, they genuinely care about the hobby and their customers, which makes a huge difference compared to the big chains.

Would highly recommend. Just be warned: you'll probably leave with more Pokémon cards than you intended... and somehow Josh and Shane will make it feel like a sensible financial decision! 😂🎴🔥
