I’ve been shopping with Goblin Gaming for years, and I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience. Their service has always been excellent, and I’ve never had any issues.
On one occasion, there was a small mix-up, largely due to a last-minute cancellation on my part, but they handled everything brilliantly and made the whole process incredibly easy. Their returns system is also refreshingly straightforward and hassle-free.
I also love the little personal touches! They occasionally include small extras, such as stickers or sweets, with their orders. It’s such a lovely gesture and shows that they genuinely care about their customers.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Asking for review on undelivered item
Just got this email asking to leave a review but I am yet to receive my product and haven’t been given an eta as to when I’ll receive said item since I ordered it. I will give it a few more days in regards to my order being delivered but I’m not happy so far with having to chase up my delivery and being left in the dark.
