Bridal belt - sizes way too small (tried 14 & 18) had to return but was deducted £4.95 delivery & additional £3.50 return label fee so what cost £37 only refunded £28.

Decorative hair comb - very satisfied.
I ordered a lovely little hair comb to wear to my son's wedding. It arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged, and it is very pretty. It was perfect for the day. Good service and good value for money.

I was looking to buy a laddies small square faced silver watch I couldn’t find one anywhere that I liked, after looking on lace &favour site I see the very watch that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay
On arrival I was so pleased it’s a beautiful watch I couldn’t be more pleased

Really nice wedding hairpins. Handmade. Lovely detail. Arrived boxed and wrapped to limit damage. Fitted through the letterbox. Prompt despatch and delivery by DPD. Ordered Saturday and were delivered Tuesday.

As advised in our email correspondence, we asked that you allow up to 6 working days for DPD to complete their investigation.
Today is the 6th working day, and we have contacted you by email today with an update regarding the investigation.
Given that we have kept you informed and have been working within the time frame communicated to you, we feel this review does not fairly reflect the service or communication we have provided.
We completely understand the frustration caused by delivery issues, but unfortunately, we do have to allow DPD the necessary time to investigate before we can take the appropriate next steps.
Lace&Favour? - Highly recommend
The delivery was great. The product itself was absolutely perfect. Exactly like the photos. The pins are very well-made and much lighter than anticipated, which is a great thing for me since I have fine low-porosity curly hair which can get mechanical damage easily, therefore having them as light as they are it’s an extremely important plus since they will have to be worn the whole day.
Great product and great company overall.

Beware of colour bleed
Fast delivery and the dresses were lovely.. but beware, they bleed a LOT when washed so make sure to wash on their own and not with any other clothes that can be ruined - our bridesmaids learnt the hard way and CS have told us it it’s “respectfully” our fault
