My order was still at the where house for a long time before I had a package update. I emailed the customer service people for what the hold up was and the problem was quickly resolved and sorted. I also got my dress for school ball last year and the quality never seems to dispoint.

I'm happy with my two dresses; they fit me perfectly! 👍 The quality is a 10 out of 10. Just keep in mind that with corset dresses, if you have a larger bust, order one size up from your usual size because they run a bit snug in the bust area. I'm normally a size S, but it didn't close in the bust, so I had to return it for a size M, and that one fit perfectly. Your order takes approximately 3 to 4 days to arrive, and it comes in excellent condition. I loved it! Plus, it's very easy to buy from their website.

When the package arrives, they make us pay an additional $250 in taxes.

Absolutely obsessed with my purchase. I searched high and low for this coat and the quality was impressive! The coat is big, heavy and keeps all of the warmth in while looking super chic. 11/10 would absolutely buy another 80 and have them all on rotation! So so so in love.

I’m leaving my review since I’d looked Babyboo up on Trustpilot before ordering and saw some mixed reviews. I was concerned it was a cheap dropshipping website with high mark up but I can confirm it is NOT. The dress I ordered was really high quality, thick fabric, lined and the corset was boned.

I am extremely disappointed with Babyboo and will never shop here again.

I ordered a dress for around $377 USD including shipping. When it arrived, it was too small. The biggest issue was that the corset cannot be loosened to make it bigger—it can only be tightened—so there was absolutely no way to make the dress fit. I decided to return it so I could order the exact same dress in a larger size.

That’s when the nightmare started.

First of all, you don’t get your money back. Instead, you’re forced to accept store credit. This is a terrible and very customer-unfriendly policy, especially for such an expensive purchase. If an item doesn’t fit, customers should have the option of receiving a refund instead of being forced to spend more money with the company.

But it gets even worse. When I tried to use my store credit to order the same dress in a larger size, I was told I had to pay an additional $60. How does that make any sense? I wasn’t buying a different product—I was simply trying to exchange it for a larger size. Why should I have to pay even more?

On top of that, the store credit doesn’t even add up. I paid approximately $377 in total, and shipping only cost around $20. When I enter my gift card/store credit at checkout, it only deducts about $250. Where is the rest of my money? More than $100 is missing, and I haven’t received any explanation.

Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Expensive products, a return policy that leaves customers stuck with store credit instead of a refund, unexpected extra charges just to exchange for another size, and store credit that doesn’t even match what I paid.

I would strongly recommend reading their return policy very carefully before ordering. If the dress doesn’t fit, don’t expect a refund, and be prepared to spend even more money just to get the correct size. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I definitely won’t be shopping with Babyboo again.

A lot of people online said the sizing and returns policy is bad, I didn't listen. I was hoping for a better outcome as the photos look so nice on the website. The photos are all clearly AI. The sizing is completely off and quality is bad.

I tried to send a dress back and they wouldn't accept it, they said it was worn even though the black security ribbon is still on it for that very purpose.

Customer service team argue and are very rude. It is market quality clothing for $300.

Please listen to the reviews, don't make the mistake I made.

Dresses are so cheap and they are not caring about the fact that my order is missing

Omg I loveeeeed my dress so bad , it fit so perfect and goes on my body so nice and tight , I have literally nothing bad to say honestly they ate that dress down. My dress also came very fast the quality was exactly like the picture !

The quality was amazing I wear a size M and it was true to size

I ordered two dresses and a pair of gloves. The dresses looked amazing in the pictures, but in reality they looked like cheap Shein products. The quality was extremely poor, especially considering the high prices.
The worst part was the customer service. The gloves arrived stained, but the company refused to issue a full refund. They only offered a 20% refund, even though I received a damaged item.
I do not recommend ordering from this company. The quality is disappointing, the prices are too high for what you receive, and the customer service is terrible.

The silhouette of the dress was beautiful and fitting

Our customer service experience was the highlight of my purchase. When buying 2 dresses for me and my mom for a wedding, we ran into a small dilemma where one of our dresses wasn’t actually in stock for the size we wanted. The BabyBoo team contacted us immediately and gave us options for either a refund or store credit. We ended up buying another dress, and they refunded the difference. The process was so smooth and easy. Not only that, but the quality and style of the dresses were exactly to our expectations.

I got the samira maxi dress in the color „Lemon“ for my graduation and prom and it was beautiful! It fit perfectly and I love the color. The only „bad“ thing was that it took longer to arrive than they said. It changed the estimated arrival time 2 times and then it still came later. I’m from germany though so I already expected that so its still 5 stars!! I also got a lot of compliments for the dress.
