I got the Fenella Red Asymmetrical Draped Cape & Dress matching set in XL. I loved this dress! The fabric was thick, soft, and stretchy. It was a very flattering dress mostly being a plus size girly I was nervous since it only went up to XL but the material is stretchy and hugs you in all the right places. I got a lot of compliments at the wedding wearing this dress. This was a wonderful experience with Missrosier and I can't wait for my birthday dress that I ordered to show up soon for my birthday trip in two weeks! :)

Don’t get sucked in!
I seen reviews and still thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.
The material of the clothes they send is completely different to product images and still quite $$$$ considering !

Not even worth the returns process, given they only do store credit and it’s a 4 week turn around at least, then they charge you fees for processing said return LOL.
I fell in love with a dress and could not find it anywhere else, so got sucked in. $300+ AUD down the drain 😭.

My first purchase from this company was great, so I trusted them enough to purchase two options for a bridesmaid dress. Unfortunately, this experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

It took nearly **3 weeks with no shipping update**, and after contacting customer service, I had to speak with three different people and wait almost another week before getting an actual update. One dress was eventually shipped, while the other was ultimately canceled because it was a popular item and would not arrive in time. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund, it took multiple attempts before they finally agreed.

The dress I did receive was extremely disappointing. While the fabric was beautiful, the dress itself was poorly made and very unflattering. I requested a refund, but by then their return policy had changed. I agreed to a partial refund and store credit, returned the dress, and received confirmation that it had been accepted. They then told me my refund had already been processed and was on its way. When I followed up, they admitted it **had not actually been processed** and asked for my PayPal information. Unfortunately, PayPal isn't an option for me, and they have yet to provide another solution. It's now been almost **two additional weeks**.

Overall, the lack of communication, customer service, and quality of the product have been incredibly disappointing. Had the dress been made well, I would have happily kept it. This experience has completely ruined my confidence in the company, and I will not be shopping with or recommending them again.

I ordered this dress for an event, it came on time and ABSOLUTELY perfect, the material was snatchinggg and I felt like an absolute princess. The customer service was also over the top, they made sure I felt well taken care of. I got soo many compliments I would definitely reorder from here especially since their clothes are true to size and I don’t have to guess whether it’s gonna fit me or not!

Very disappointing experience with Miss Rosier.

The dresses I received did not match the quality or appearance I expected from the website, especially considering the price paid. I contacted customer service to request a return within the return period, clearly explaining that I simply wanted to return the items and receive a refund.

Instead of providing straightforward return instructions, they repeatedly questioned my reasons for returning the dresses and tried to push alternative solutions, including keeping the dresses or paying additional shipping and handling fees for an exchange.

What I found particularly frustrating was that even after I clarified that I was requesting a return—not claiming that the items were defective—they continued to make the process unnecessarily complicated.

The overall return experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Miss Rosier and would personally not purchase from them again.

This is obviously an SCAM!!! If you look closely almost all of their photos are AI; the product WILL NOT look like that upon arrival as the images are fabricated. At no point in the website does it state that their "pictures" are generated by AI and they even try to deceive the buyer by listing the "model"'s height and size (I repeat, those are not real people, they do not have real proportions, and neither are the clothes) as to make them pass as humans. Do not waste your money on this scam.
