A beautiful piece of jewellery personalised for my daughter. It does take a bit of time to arrive but it is worth it and she loves it!

I ordered eight personalized tennis necklaces for Xmas gifts. They are stunning. I’m actually going to be ordering 2 more. Shipping relatively fast, price amazing!

I am only reviewing my experience with purchasing. and the web site photos were good and the checkout was simple. I will update review was I receive the actual product to determine quality and whether shipping and receiving products was a good experience as well.

The bracelet was exactly what was described. I love it.

Love all the pieces purchased so much so have just placed another order new order. If in Australia recommend allowing time (took about 3 weeks to receive items)

Bought a gift for my daughter, quite unique, very easy to use the personalised page, let's you see exactly what your purchase will look like.

My husband got my engagement ring from Olivia. It seemingly was really lovely at first. But the setting on the prong constantly came loose, and damaged many of my clothes. We reached out and asked Olivia to help us, that our clothes had been damaged and the prong was coming loose. She fixed it once, redid the whole setting, and even though it didn't look like the same ring at all, and the stones were not covered with a thicker prong and gold setting, I thought, oh well, at least it wont come loose and rip my clothes! BUT IT CAME LOOSE AGAIN, and got caught on other clothes! It was upsetting. My husband communicated his disappointment, this was literally my engagement ring, and Olivia was dismissive, rude, and no longer would help us. It was a pretty shocking experience to say the least. We threw out the ring and got a new one because of the lack of it being fixed and because it was such a bad experience all around :( I don't recommend Olivia, neither the ring quality or the customer service, for your big day. Go somewhere else and get something quality and work with a nice person! It really affected us and our celebration to have this experience.
