My fiancée and I had the pleasure of meeting Khya at Cullen Jewellery in London while we were travelling around Europe, and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!

This was our very first appointment looking at engagement rings, so we were still figuring out exactly what we wanted. Khya was absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked in. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through the different designs, diamonds and options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.

What really stood out was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find the perfect ring. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting, relaxed and really special.

Although we ended up having another appointment back home in Australia before making our final decision, Khya played such an important part in getting us started and helping us understand exactly what we were looking for. She even kept in touch throughout our travels, which was a lovely personal touch.

We're now happily engaged, and looking back, we're so grateful that Khya was the person who helped us take that very first step.

This is the second time we’ve attended the Cullen showroom in Sydney and it was just as wonderful as the first! The showroom itself is absolutely stunning and the staff are very accommodating. I always recommend Cullen when discussing rings with my friends as both experiences have been wonderful. My Fiancé and I had Madison for our appointment and she was fantastic! She showed us all the options for wedding bands and was really helpful with any questions we had. At the end of the appointment they never pressure you into purchasing anything there and then and send a very detailed email afterwards with all relevant information from the appointment for you to look at once you get home. I highly recommend Cullen!

I had such a lovely experience with Kat at Cullen Jewellery! I went in for a final appointment to decide on my dream engagement ring, and Kat made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, patient and helpful, making me feel completely at ease while making such a special decision. I left feeling so happy and confident with my choice. Couldn’t recommend Kat enough!

We met with Emelitta and couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Emelitta was incredibly kind and patient and very observant. I felt that Emelitta picked up very quickly what I did or didn’t like and was able to show us things we loved and had never even thought of. Emelitta made the process 10x easier than we thought it would be and made us feel very comfortable. The show room was easy to find and a great environment. The overall experience was great! Bridget was really good at explaining our options, giving us time to have a look ourselves and chimed in with useful insights when the time was right. Highly recommend.

Ella at the Sydney showroom was a pleasure to work with. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She make us feel completely at ease and comfortable to try the rings as many times as we needed, allowing us to have an obligation free experience with choosing our wedding bands. We had such a wonderful experience shopping for our engagement rings with Pasha! As our first time going through this process, we really appreciated the patience, guidance, and help we received. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Alayca was a tremendous help, I didn’t have much of an idea of what I was looking for. She ran me through the different styles/ cuts and sizes of the diamonds and helped me make a selection.

She knew so much, and helped guide me in the right direction when I started with 0 inspo. She was helpful in providing advice around various budget points, and customising. I visited with a friend but can’t wait to come back with my partner for her to explain it to him - she really sold me on the whole Cullen experience
