I recently ordered a black and colour cartridge from Cartridge people, and when the cartridges arrived, my printer would not read them and so wouldn't print anything out. I contacted the customer service team and they did all they could to help me, by telling me to clean out the machine by hand, run a cleaning programme for the printer etc. But nothing was working. I got back in touch with them and they apologised that this didn't work. They insisted that they would send out replacement cartridges for me and include a pre-paid postage label to send the faulty ones back to them. I am very appreciative of them for taking their time to help me as most companies would probably suggest it is just my printers fault etc. Thanks to your customer service team I am very happy, even though my cartridges didn't work! Looking forward to the others arriving.
