Beware of sponsored 5 star reviews! I chose HELP because I believed that if something went seriously wrong after buying a home, I would have experienced lawyers on my side. That was the whole reason I paid for the insurance.

Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience at all.

Instead of feeling supported, I felt like we were left to do almost everything ourselves. We had to find the right experts, arrange inspections, collect reports, gather evidence, and constantly follow up. Every time we thought we had provided what was needed, we were simply asked for more documentation. It felt like the responsibility for moving the case forward had been placed on us instead of the legal team we had paid to help us.

I understand that these cases require evidence. That isn't the issue. The issue is that I expected HELP to actively lead the legal process, not leave us feeling like we had to become our own lawyers.

When you're dealing with one of the biggest financial problems of your life, you need someone who takes control and fights for your interests. Sadly, that was not our experience.

Based on what we went through, I would not choose HELP again, and I cannot recommend their home buyer's insurance.

This sounds more personal, authentic, and credible while remaining focused on your own experience rather than making claims that could be difficult to substantiate.
