decided to pay for this insurance when buying a portable AC second hand on Blocket. The AC came packed in a poor manner and didn't work. I requested refund from the insurance, sending screenshots of the conversation with the seller where I described the issue in detail and within 24h I had a positive response that the claim was accepted and I would be refunded in full.
