This is acctually a fraud.
It is not insurance, and you will not get any help.
They will try just telephone conversation and sindle you over telephone.
Recommend all communication should be in written, so you have written proof if you arise any questions.
On phone they will try to persuase you on something they will never give you in written.
This is their MO - modus opperandi, just on phone, like customer service, you think they are nice and talk with them, but acctually find out they whole time try to svindle you and gives you false info.

In addition, please be carefull with other reviews, seems they are buying reviews or something like that, to have better rating on trut pilot.
Check who is reviewing and what is writing.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med getaround-appen og fungerer perfekt. En ulempe er eieren av bilen, tanken var ikke full og jeg fikk refusjon når jeg returnerer den full. Jeg må legge til motorolje som ikke ble refundert selv om jeg rapporterer dette og sender bilder av oljevarsel og kvitterer for det jeg kjøper.
Ekstra kilometer ble belastet umiddelbart.

They offer for refinancing of house loan, offering good interest rate. But this is "devil in disguise" and belive me not possible, even worst... You can see influence of DNB and DNB mindset, better say away from this bank

Buy Ibanez guitar and guitar was cracked in neck sleeve. Guitar was not having any impact or similar damage it was just show crack on lacque.
After going back and forth with Gear4music they concluded it is not under warranty.
Firstly they claim i buy discounted product therefore i have only one year warranty.
After seneding them document what shows otherwise, they claim ot is not because of humidity in room where is guitar placed.
Have several guitars and never have such problems or similar (in same room)
Think this is poor production and never again will buy Ibanez guitar.
Second, be carefull when you buy with Gear4Music, they will try to do anything to svindle you when you claim warranty issues.
This Ibanez guitar was sent to them 2 times and each time was different reason to decline warranty.
In addition Ibanez representative is almost impossible to reach and get respond from them.
Moral of the story, be carefull what you buy and possibly avoid Gear4music if you can.

Latest added: As info i got from several sources common problem with Ibanez guitar is this crack in neck pocket and this try to avoid with deflecting responsibility on buyer, where they claim this is because to much humidity in room where guitar is placed. But actually is legit manufacturing problem and under warranty.

Just find out since i do not notice when guitar was send back from service, they take away tremolo arm and i have now guitar without it. I am aware writing this is maybe in time delay but i do not trust Gear4music not an inch.

Buy Ibanez guitar from Gear4music and have warranty issues with guitar where Gear4music claiming this is not under warranty.
Therefore i contact representative for Ibanez in north Europe this is Crafton Musik AB.
Firstly they do not respond on any of my emails, when i send email i will contact HQ they start to respond, but with very time delay. Then person promise me to get back after vacation, after sending reminder... nothing again...
Moral of the story:
-Do not buy Ibanez guitar, customer support is not at level and not at service
