Best customer service on the planet!
I originally posted my concern via video about my pot lid on the Hexclad website and within minutes received a response email. I was very impressed! Both Kimberly and Isabella were courteous, professional and quick to address and correct my problem pot lid.
As I told them, I am retired but I am still a chef. I have used many so-called premium cookware sets in my lifetime but hexclad is by far superior to all of them. Every time I wash and dry one of my pots I show my husband and say, "Look, honey, like it's never been used!"
I have always enjoyed cooking but your Hexclad cookware makes cooking seem more like having a party in the kitchen!
Thank you for standing by your lifetime warranty and having such professional and kind customer service reps. I'm looking forward to completing my set. Being on a fixed/retired income means that process is going to be a little slower than I'd like. I'm even putting my Hexclad cookware set in my will to leave to my daughter who also loves cooking as I'm sure it will outlive me.

Non stick is rubbish
If I could do less than one star I would!!! Whole set has lost there non stick after less than 6 months and are no fit for purpose I would understand if one had done it but not the whole set when I asked for a full refund they refused. Definitely stay away not worth the money

I had an issue with my pan after two years so put in a warranty claim. The customer service team were fast, efficient and polite, and quickly acknowledged the issue which I am very pleased about. Only piece of feedback is it would have been good to be informed a little about what the issue was but I remain hopeful it does not occur again.

I've had my pots and pans for about 6 years. I seen the new coated ones at Costco and since mine had a lot of wear and tear I called to see if I could have them replaced. Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever…I ordered the set in January and sadly, I realized an hour after I ordered that these pans are toxic. I got in touch with customer service and told them to cancel. Their response: just return it when you receive the set. So I did. Never received a refund and even when my credit card company got involved it never got resolved even tho I had the receipt from returning the package and the tracking info. Bottom line—thievery. I’ve never experienced such horrible service.

Notice how one of their ads says they are expensive but they dont say they are quality? Because they are expensive and quality is far from them. 700eur set came with most items damaged, "metal utensil proof" coating rubs away from a paper towel. Packing copied from temu and still feels like its someone else's returned items.
