I ordered the wok style frying pan, but received the classic style frying pan. Furthermore, the lid that arrived with the pan, had 2 dents in the metal rim. I sent photos as requested and asked for a shipping address to return the product. Customer Support said they would supply the shipping information, but never did. I had written Customer Support that I found the outer Plastic packaging from GOFO, and a week later or so, a neighbor rang my doorbell to deliver a box within a box that contained a classic style Taima pan. She said she lived at 960 Baker.
Taima Support ignores my multiple requests for the return address to return a product I did not order. They have extremely poor customer service! I will not order from them again and tell my colleagues and friends never to order from Taima!
I ordered 2 pans from this company "TAIMA" back in May, 2026. The total was $368.00. the order also included two free spatulas. The order was back in July 2026. Several attempts calling customer service and e-mails I received 2 spatulas, NO PANS. There excuse is shipping problems. They have made no attempt to contact me when my order will be sent. This company is now under investigation. Buyer Beware.
I posted one review and have tried to get a refund from this company. My merchandise was shipped to another state. They had me prove the address was wrong, which I did. I did receive two items but they owe me 399.00 for the other items not received. They keep running in circles and I am not getting the refund. This is a horrible company. Do not buy from them.
I had an order placed using my credit card that I never placed. I've never heard of this company; never been on their website, would not spend that much money on something I do NOT need or want in the middle of the night.
I'm demanding my money be returned and also reported this to my credit card company, but WOW. This is FRAUD.

I ordered a spatula and a pan. The spatula arrived after two weeks... The pan? 7 weeks later, I am still waiting. The horrible customer service is trying to say that the pan arrived, but can only show me a picture of a spatula-shaped package in my lobby. Taima are clearly scam-artists first, and cookware manufacturers last.

This is the worst company ever!!! I ordered one frying pan a month ago. I have now been sent 14 different packages!!! I have repeatedly contacted them to stop and to send a carrier to pick up all these random packages. So far nothing. I'm not sure what do to but this feels like harassment! Anyone else had this experience? I am beyond frustrated.

It took eight weeks to arrive, and ended up being a six-week late birthday present from my wife. My first experience cooking eggs in it was a disaster, and it took a great deal of time to clean until we finally tried vinegar and baking soda. I wish my wife had read these reviews before making the purchase. Lesson learned.

Taima's advertising is deceptive. The company does not have free fast shipping. I received 2 items out of 4 while an e-mail was sent that all 4 items were shipped, yet one month later I have not received the 2 pans. The 5 star review that the Taima co. claims is impossible. That would indicate all customers were completely satisfied.
I for one feel I have received very poor customer service. I will use trustpilot in the future to screen companies that do not deliver on their promises.

his company is a scam. Orders that are confirmed and pass through their fulfillment centers are not shipped. Taima Titanium cannot provide shipping information for items they have already received payment for. It is excuse after excuse with zero action.
To make matters worse, their tracking system claimed my order shipped and was successfully delivered on July 2. I never received a thing. When I tried calling their customer service line, I was answered by an AI bot instead of a real person, which just forced me to contact them by email.
I emailed them, and someone named Elizabeth responded, claiming the tracking update showing my items were delivered was just an "error." Since they admitted the items hadn't actually shipped, I asked for a refund, but they are flat-out refusing to return my money. I've had to raise the issue with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
The company also uses deceptive advertising, promising fast shipping with 7-day fulfillment online. It has been almost a month since I ordered the 14-piece titanium cooking set, and I still have nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could rate them lower, I would. Product does NOT hold up as advertised. Made in China with cheap materials. When returning the product the nightmare really started. They want pictures of the boxes they came in, must be unused, returned in original packing, done within 30 days and YOU pay for return shipping. They dragged their heals all the way. Then to top it off they didn't refund my total order ($400 SHORT). I had to dispute it with my credit card company. These guys are BAD NEWS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There should be 0 stars rating.
I ordered Taima pan two months ago, $180 and never received it. Called my credit card, nothing they can do about. It's a total scam!!

Profoundly disgusted with this company’s customer service It’s been 2 months since I ordered the 14 piece kit and I’ve yet to receive the fry pans and wok. Dribbling one pot at a time and a few utensils doesn’t cut it. Seasoning the large pan as instructed resulted in a brownish ring on the center of the pot. And I was told it was due to uneven heat distribution. They keep bombarding my email with more pans to buy and requesting referrals but I can’t get them to send what I’ve already purchased to test the product. No response to my inquiry to cancel my order and return the items I’ve received due to poor service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I tried to purchase a titanium pan and filled out the order form but never placed the order. As I was filling out the form, I was bombarded with an unending series of very annoying videos, each trying to sell me an unrelated product. Out of frustration, I broke the connection and bought a similar product from a reliable source. The next day, I received a notification that my order was placed, even though I never completed the order. I immediately notified these fraudsters and they sent me numerous emails, each stating that it was too late to cancel, even though I had responded in minutes, and well before they arranged for shipment. They now want $25 to return the pan that I never ordered. These are scammers of the worst order. I now saw numerous reviews complaining about the poor quality and limited durability of their products. No wonder they need to engage in such fraudulent and abusive practices.

Wished I had consulted Trust Pilot before buying my pans. I ordered 5/28 and have been getting a constant run around from customer service. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received the WRONG pan, almost impossible to contact them.....a run-around. You talk to AI, it took a month to receive the WRONG pan and who knows how long to exchange this one. Beware

Did not deliver the pans ordered. Always had an excuse why the pans could not be shipped. Would not refund my purchase until the pans were delivered???
Finally had to make a claim with my CC company to get a refund.
What a scam!!!!

It has been two months and I have not received my products. I cannot talk with anyone you have to email them. It takes them a long time to respond and then they want to give me a $50 gift card. I would never buy anything else from this company ever again.

I ordered two titanium pans from Taima on May 10. After waiting nearly a month, I received the first pan on June 8, but I have still never received the second one.
When I contacted customer service, they told me the second pan had shipped and provided me with a tracking number. However, when I checked the tracking information, it showed the package had been delivered to an address in Florida. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, so this clearly wasn't delivered to me.
This has been a frustrating experience. I paid for two pans but only received one, and the tracking information they provided does not match my delivery address. As of writing this review, the issue has not been resolved.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company. If you're considering purchasing from Taima, be aware that you may have to deal with long shipping delays and potential problems receiving your full order. I hope sharing my experience helps other customers make an informed decision.

Misleading 30-Day Risk Free Claim
READ THE RETURN POLICY before you decide to purchase from Taima! It is NOT 30-day Risk free.
I was eager to try a titanium pan for non-stick omelettes. I decided to purchase a fry pan by Taima. When I received notification that the delivery date was so far away I emailed Taima and asked them to cancel the order (it had NOT been shipped). I received a response that the order was processing and couldn’t be cancelled. I decided to wait and weeks later (more than a month later) it finally arrived. I realized it was probably too big for my needs but decided to give it a try because they had a 30-day RISK FREE Trail return policy. I tried the pan, yes it was too big but if it had been non-stick as advertised, I would have been happy. I emailed the company asking for a return label and instead of a label or return instructions I received advice on how to heat the pan and then put the oil/butter and then the food (…definitely felt a little condescending but perhaps some people don’t know how to do this, so fine). I emailed back asking for a return label. No reply. I emailed 2 more times and finally received a reply with their return policy:
"Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’d like to return your item. We’re here to help make this process as smooth as possible. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. This includes all original packaging, tags, and protective materials, with the packaging intact. Please note that a receipt or proof of purchase is required, and used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons. A flat restocking fee of $25 per order applies to all returns.
To help us proceed with your request, kindly provide a photo of the item along with all its packaging, clearly showing that it is unused.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out."
Even if I had returned the pan unopened it would have still cost me shipping and their $25 restocking fee. Considering I had tried to cancel the order weeks before it was even shipped I felt deceived by the company.
RE: Risk-free return policy - NOWHERE on the product page (even when the Shipping/Returns/Warranty link is clicked) nor the check out page does it have the above mentioned return policy or a link to this policy. I finally found this policy at the very bottom of the home page and then clicked on returns. Definitely a "buyer beware" situation. I shouldn't have assumed "risk-free" meant you could return a product you're not happy with. I will more carefully research return policies in the future but their advertising is certainly misleading.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a set over 2 months ago and still have not received part of my order. I'm missing two pans, which are what I need most to cook and also two utensils. The tracking information they sent never worked. The items I did receive took weeks to arrive. All customer service can tell me is that they have transitioned suppliers and it causing delays. They have more demand than supply. They can't meet the demand, yet they are still accepting orders and taking people's money knowing they can't deliver the product until some unknown time in the future. This is the worst online shopping experience I have every had in my life. Do not buy from Taima.
