The prices of their new equipment are very competative and below other retailers. The condition is new, but sometimes from overseas.

However if you need an item quickly their delivery is slow (7 working days), and there is no tracking update until the item is due to be delivered.

found them after an advert on facebook, was initially sceptical about the price for cameras and lens, called them, spoke with them on the phone, ordered OM1MK2, arrived next day by DPD, great service and a great price. i have since been back to order a lens, that arrived the following day. I will be going back to order an additional lens in the near future. Use Them.

I’ve bought from them before and I’ll buy from them again and every time I have I’ve been 100% satisfied. Sure some of the items come in a white box instead of the original but considering I paid half the price of anywhere else I can’t complain

I didn't believe the offer, when I saw it. In fact, I was getting paranoid before the arrival of my purchase that I had been duped by a low-ball offer. But it was true, my purchase arrived within a week, and I had no complaints. As it was a gift to my daughter, I can't speak for the camera, but it came with a 3 year warranty.

I've used HDEW Cameras a few times now and have always been totally satisfied with the products I have bought. I was at first dubious as their prices for new gear are often lower than the same used item in the UK but after a lot of research and reading reviews I decided to give them a try. The service is excellent and the items arrive usually within a week and well packaged. The products I have received have all been genuine and I've never had any problems.
