The quality was no different from the…

The quality was no different from the official product it was virtually identical. The price was much lower, which made it an excellent value for money. I’m very happy with my purchase, and I’ll definitely be buying from this website again in the future.

I bought a new smartwatch for 40% less…

I bought a new smartwatch for 40% less than the price offered by other online stores. I was a bit doubtful at first, but within a few days the package arrived and everything was exactly as it should be. The watch is brand new and genuine. I am very satisfied and will definitely continue using this online shop in the future.

I was a bit dubious of purchasing…

I was a bit dubious of purchasing through this site as I’d never heard of them, and the price was almost too good to be true… Took a punt, and glad I did as the customer service was great when I had queries, and the product came as expected without issue.

Will def buy from here again.

Phone never arrived

I paid for my phone waited for over a week then the order was cancelled as they said it had been sent to wrong place and couldn’t be retrieved. Very disappointing indeed

Good overall

Great product, good communication.

Although I originally paid for rushed shipping, when delivery appeared to be taking longer, I emailed the support team who quickly came back explaining the option was no longer available. They apologised for the inconvenience and promised to refund the charge after delivery, which they did.

While a slight hiccup, all in all and in the greater scheme of things, delivery worked, price was very competitive and the process resolved itself.

Comes from South East Asia but works fine in the UK

Slower to arrive than other companies but arrived within the stated time. Very good price. They didn't mention on website that the product comes from South East Asia so I got all panicky when I read that the phone needed a South East Asian SIM in order to work. I then contacted customer services and they explained that it had been unblocked to work in the UK. Once I had transferred all info from my old phone and put in the SIM it worked fine.
