Perimenopause rescue!
I’m 49 and just started experiencing symptoms of perimenopause in the last six months and hormone harmony has helped considerably with pre-menstrual tension bloating mood swings and headaches. I’ve been taking it for three months and I’m on month four now Things aren’t perfect but they’re far better than before, and I’m not gonna stop taking it.

Life changing! I have more energy though out the day. I'm not tired when I wake up every morning. I also have less bloating. Product is great.i try to exercise more and eat right because it does help . It's also helped in my mood swings

Feeling more balanced, have more energy and don’t have that tired feeling anymore
I have been taking Hormone Harmony for a few months now and I can honestly say it has helped me.
I can now get through the day without feeling like I need an afternoon nap, I have more energy at home and at work, life with our toddler seems calmer now that I’m feeling more balanced.
I really struggle with remembering to take tablets but I have been really consistent with this which tells me it’s making a difference, normally by now I would have given up and moved onto the next thing.
I definitely recommend giving it a go.

appalling customer service
I've been using this product for years and think it works, but my recent experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing.
I ordered my usual unflavoured neutral colour, which never arrived. After chasing it up, I received what appeared to be an AI-generated response promising my order would be sent. I then received another email asking if I wanted Vanilla Bean instead, before they simply refunded my money without any proper explanation.
Meanwhile, the product is still being advertised for sale on their website!
I've asked repeatedly to speak to an actual human, but the whole experience has felt impersonal and dismissive.
For a loyal customer of many years, I would have expected a little more care, accountability and effort to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad impression.

Answer to hot flashes/night sweats
I’m 62 and recently I had foot surgery and I knew going into surgery I had to do something about the night sweats I experience at night, because I would not be able to get out of bed to change my clothes. Not only did I have to battle hot flashes/night sweats but weight gain not being able to move for a couple of months and this product helped to eliminate all 3 issue!!!

As Peri advances, try Hormone Harmony.
I tried Hormone Harmony twice, consistently, before and stopped. I didn’t notice much of a difference. However, I am sticking with it now. As I enter year 4 of peri, Hormone Harmony helps with the symptoms women experience as we inch closer to menopause. It calms the mind, helps with sleep, lessens night sweats and hot flashes (mild now), and helps keep the mind alert. It also helps me with digestion and regularity. I recommended it to my nail technician last week, who’s going through the change, as well—and I recommend it to you too.

Already seeing results
I have realized that even after a few weeks, I am sleeping better, less night sweats & much more productivity. I used to never want to get out of bed for work & always felt down in the dump. Wow 🤩 change in only 2 weeks
Wow 🤩 after only 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my motivation n energy with a weekend in my garden doing some jobs I had been meaning to do for a year.
Then during the next week, found I had motivation n energy after work to clean my front doorstep n re pot a plant. Honestly couldn’t tell you the last time I had that feel. This change in my motivation n energy alone makes me never want to stop taking Happy Mammoth.
