The rather straightforward purchase process, including the prompt delivery of my products each and every time despite being on the other side of the world in a small country town in Australia.

Capsules in packer arrived broken and crushed. Even if I used the whole ones, they had a bad taste because the powder was all over everything. Tried to return but they want me to pay return shipping. Then when I said they were damaged, they said I was past the return window. Just getting the runaround. Horrible customer service.

Can't give a review on Glov product, specifily the pumpkin seed oil because I have never received it and it has been a month since I have ordered it but they did charge my credit card the day I purpchased it. I keep getting the same response from them that it is being processed, here is a tracking number but when you track it, it says there is no information yet and it's pending. I have asked for a credit on my credit card a few times but they say they can't do that because its processed and shipped. They told me I could return it when I get it but need to follow the return rules. How long does it take to ship and now that I know that it comes from China I would have never ordered it because shipping time is even more delayed being out of the country. I had really high hopes for this product especially with all the ads and great coments on the product but all that has happened is the company is a scam!

I ordered the Bergerine and it said money back if you saw no results , I used them for a week made me sick, went into return policy and it said no returns as you never received them them then I saw they were from china thsts why it took weeks for them to come but yet it offered a returns, but I see somene else had the same issue on your reviews, rubbish

The under-eye pads are great. They help diminish under-eye wrinkles. I use them at least 4 times per week.

Product was amazing, and worked great.

This product has given me results. Albeit slow only because I haven't used it regularly, but I have seen improvement in my fine lines and my deeper wrinkles and I will continue using the product. Customer service has been excellent and I have no complaints.

Customer service is a top priority and Glov Beauty stands behind their products and customer satisfaction. The products I use have delivered results with consistent use and I am pleased with them. I look forward to trying more of the line. The subscription service has worked well for me with the ability to make adjustments over time. I will use it again as I test and choose additional products to add to my skincare regime.

I can tell a huge difference after using this product. It is better than Botox and can do it in the privacy of my own home. No needed appointments and shelling out big bucks.

I'm addicted to Glow Beauty! I highly recommend it. My face looks so much younger, my fine lines have almost disappeared, and my skin feels firmer and more radiant. I've also noticed that my face looks much less puffy. I couldn't be happier with the results!

No response from customer service. The 24/7 online chat never has a response other than they will get back to you and then if you email they don't respond and if you call they say that no one is available. I tried to cancel my order and there has been no response.
