Absolute nonsense. Broken , cheap chinese product sold me with 50€. I doubt I will get my money back.

The Item arrived quite quickly. However I found the packet outside my door in the early hours. I assume it was delivered the night before. We never heard the door bell which is quite loud. Fortunately I live in a secure apartment otherwise it could have been stolen
Arrival date was 2nd or 3rd of July

Well i wait little bit a long time for my packet it says that it become june 10th day 2 weeks later it came from me thats why i choose 4 stars.

Avoid this store. They sent you the wrong cable for connecting the radio, and now they won't fix the problem. Customer support can take weeks to respond. They won't give you a refund. It would be a good idea to report them to the police for fraud.

Parcel arrive on time. Nothing wrong

I ordered a product. It arrived with the wrong wires, and I can't connect it. The seller is ignoring me.

I needed the product I ordered from Fruugo on the date they stated it would arrive. My need was that time-contingent. Instead of fulfilling this commitment, they informed me (after payment) that I would be delivered 2-3 weeks later. I cancelled. They claimed the shipment change date was within their "window" of permissability. I contacted my credit card company and have cancellect the order. Don't use these folks -- they are untrustworthy and unreliable --

Not only do they screw up delivering the package to you on time, they make returning the package impossible by giving impossibly, most likely fake, long names as address, the info about address is wrong or false. the post offices here can't find them and can't really sent them back, and Fruugo demands you use "cheapest services" yet Also want you to pay for tracking, which makes it the triple the price of the product I bought. All these troubles and frustration me and post worker tried to survey, we came to conclusion to give up on sending it back.

Don't buy from Fruugo, even Temu is more reliable store to buy from. At least they make it simple to refund and return packages

Up until placing an order everything is fine, customer support replies quickly etc. After the order is placed, you are on your own. Order not sent even though seller page said ships in two days. it's been almost three weeks now, not shipped yet. Customer support has ghosted me.

Fast, Nice and affordable

Sale is not all about goods. It needs to be quickly deliver as well as customer acknowledgement. Really appreciate the way they handle this and quick service

I really like it. I feels like im dtiving a motorcycle. It is smooth when driving.
