The mats took an extremely long time to arrive. I had to email customer service around three times just to chase my order before it was finally delivered.

Unfortunately, when they did arrive, I was very disappointed with the quality. For £94, I expected a much higher standard, but the mats felt nowhere near worth the price.

Overall, the poor communication, long delivery time, and disappointing quality made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend FinestCarMats.co.uk based on my experience.

Order placed, mats delivered. Problem with driver's mat. Laura solved it with speed and efficiency. New mat arrived, perfect fit.

I ordered a set of carpet mats for my ID3. They arrived and were fitted but a couple of weeks later a problem became apparent with the driver's mat.
I contacted FinestCarMats and the defective mat was replaced without question within in a few days.
Excellent service.

The product was good quality. They are a bit disorganised and sent me the wrong mats initially. The customer service is good though and, although I did have to push somewhat, they did sent me the right car mats eventually.

My order arrived promptly, slight mix up with my order. I sent an email which was responded to instantly and mix up rectified immediately Fantastic company, mats are stunning and if you have any issues be sure they will sort it ! Will be recommending to friends and family and will use again in the future.

I ordered mats to fit car, when they came there was a problem with them. After one email the problem was rectified and a new set sent out at no extra cost. was very impressed with the customer service

I wanted to put this review on as I've seen some not so good ones recently and wanted to share my experience. I recently ordered a set of mats in June for a peugeot 2008.
When they arrived the front mats did not fit correctly and also the colour of the trim was not the same as that shown on the website. I contacted by email and received reply back by Laura in the customer service dept. Once the problems were explained I was asked to send photos of the the wrong fitting mats.
Laura than identified the new templates and I was quickly sent a whole new set of replacement mats with a change of trim colour (black) which fitted perfectly.
Laura was brilliant and provided excellent, quick communication throughout. I also have to say the quality /thickness of the mats are also very good too.

Any company without a phone number is not worth your bussisness .i recived a matt with the holes in the wrong place sent a piciture not recived a fitting matt ive given up i went there because iam scottish support you own they obvouisly dont think like that go elsewhere

I didn't want gimmicky mats, quality, fit and finish are my priorities, these certainly are first class, excellent quality and value, any queries are answered refreshingly swiftly . I recommend finestcarmats.co.uk very highly.

Ordered on the 5th of may and they finally got delivered on the 10th of June and they are terrible , quality is bad, threading around the edges sticking out , driver side Matt doesn’t stay in place . Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered mats on the 29th April. Delivered to my pick up point beginning of June. Went to collect and they were not there. Contacted customer service who emailed and said they will send replacements- i advised I did not replacement mats. They said they couldn't refund as custom mats are not eligible- due to the custom text. I jad not purchased mats with custom text and advised they were emailing me about the wrong order! They have said they still cannot issue me a refund although its been over 2 months since I ordered!!
Absolute disgrace of a company and shocking customer service- wpukd advise people to order from somewhere else.
Bottom line is its over a month until theu are shipped and when lost- you do not recieve a refund!

I ordered new mats from this company on the 24th of June 2026 and they have just arrived, so a little longer than the 5 to 6 working days quoted on the website. This was not a problem for me, i was happy to wait.
The ordering process was simple to follow and once the mats were completed it only took three days to reach me.
The mats are good quality and fit my BMW perfectly.
I would order again from this company.

Ordered car mats from their website and the advert picture doesn’t match what I received..emailed on Friday and as of today Wednesday I have not had the courtesy of a reply so emailed again. If this isn’t resolved I will be claim back via section 75 and making a complaint to trading standards.

They sent mats with the wrong fixings despite me typing in my registration number to ensure the correct ones. They said they would send replacements but they never arrived. They are now refusing to give me a refund.
Awful customer service and no one to talk to on the phone. Do not buy from here

I received my new car mats and I was so happy as they fit perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship of my new mats are fantastic. They make my car look and feel great. I would recommend Finest Car Mats you won't be disappointed.

Absolute crap don’t touch this company unless you want receive substandard mats.You’ll place the order for delivery within 5 to 8 working days,No you’ll get a prescripted email saying your order has been delayed.Then the merry go round starts they don’t accept your cancellation and all they do is send you a prescipted email again saying there’s a delay.I’ve got my bank involved now and I’m still fighting for a refund for the crap that was delivered.DON’T TOUCH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF

Don't order form this company... Takes forever to come. The website is false. You won't get what you order. When it arrives the product is NO good. They won't help you. So skip them and go to Halfords. Save your money.

I only read the reviews following my order, I potential would not have ordered as they are a lot of negative comments.

Having received my mats they are a perfect fit and the quality is 'as good as it gets', now for the issue, although return emails were timely the length of time from order to delivery is extremely slow and the 'grey' timescales for order to delivery need either better clarification on the site or improving.

Would I order again...............yes, improve your delivery and this will improve / reduce negative feedback as the Mats are great.

Honest review for my 2024 Juke.........

Car mats are fine, but delivery took 5 weeks and 2 chase-up emails. The company need to be more honest with their delivery times.
