They have just changed their name from…

They have just changed their name from VoguerVault, I purchased what was supposed to be a Ralph Lauren polo jumper and t-shirt when they arrived they were cheap fakes, with no wash care labels or the normal branding label at the collar. Contacted the company and was ignored and when I click the link on their order confirmation email it now takes you to Bradwick.. which is the exact same website when it was named VoguerVault… the pretend they are in the UK but this is a lie and they also have fake trust pilot reviews on their website which I saw when ordering my items and trusted…I have also reported this to Trust Pilot as a breach of their terms and conditions. Do not buy from this company has you will receive fake items and with no way of retuning. I have done a charge back via my bank account and had to jump through hoops to get it sorted. Scam!!!!

Found these bunch of thieves online…

Found these online when looking for flights to the US...I rang them up as I wanted to pay some on a credit card and some via a debit...they took my money and then the following morning they rang me stating the flights were now not available and that if I wanted those flight it would be £600 more or I could travel 2 weeks before I wanted…(yeah that a great help) ...l refused this to be told that I could not have a refund...I challenged this and after many phone calls they agreed to a partial refund where I would lose
£110 which they claim is a cancellation fee... yet they are adverting flights that they cannot honour just to get £110 from the customer or £600 extra for the flights advertised... I will be taking them to a county court if I don't get a full refund..,the county court process will include other costs now including solicitors fees. SCAM COMPAN!!!!

There staff are rude and disrespectful.

UPDATE…after posting this honest review which directly reflects my experience with this joke of a company…. I then received 5 calls in 4 minutes begging me to remove the review and that they would refund the money owed…I did this to get my refund but after careful reflection I believe I should share my poor experience with the public so that members of the public can make their own mind up about this scam company….

My 19 year old son has embarked on a 4…

My 19 year old son has embarked on a 4 year football scholarship to the USA and flew with British airways on the 25th, for some reason his checked luggage which contained a Xbox series s, new football boots, a new pair of trainers and loads of new clothes and also he’s GCSE certificates, and BTEC National diploma certificates..

Except for the certificates which will cost between £50-75 each to replace and a pair of older football boots I have provided receipts for each item.

Spoke the lost baggage team on numerous occasions who were next to useless and told something different every day to the point I would put the phone down and ring back immediately and be told another different story.

Anyway the bag not being on his flight was no big deal…because each time I spoke to the team I was told don’t worry we know where it is and it’s scheduled for the next flight from Heathrow and Dallas.

With flights daily from Heathrow and Dallas this should haven’t been so difficult, except it took 8 days to get the case on another flight.. each time I spoke to the team I was told it was taken off the next flight.

The case was then tracked and arrived in Dallas on the 1st August and then subsequently arrived in Billings on the 3rd and from then on the case has now been deemed stolen.

I was then told by the team that I had to deal with American Airlines even thought all the flight were purchased via BA

Spoke to them, who were brilliant but in the end was told I need to speak to BA.

BA Global Customer Relations got in touch, I provided the receipts for the items total over £900 and then received and email from them telling me that £650 had been sent to my account..I replied immediately and said this was not acceptable. I have since emailed them 4 times to ask for an update and haven’t received one reply.

Also the flight from Heathrow was delayed which meant my son missed his connecting flight to Billings which meant an overnight stay in Dallas!

Not a great experience for a 19 year old, 1st time travelling without his parents !!!

I will be seeking full reimbursement under the Montreal convention and compensation from the delayed flight under EU/UK rules.

Ordered a slipper bath and freestanding…

Complete waste of time and effort..

Ordered a slipper bath and freestanding taps and was given a delivery date of 5/4/21 then received a confirmation email stating that my order marked as VIC very important customer and that they promise to send handy updates along the way.

That never happened! And order never arrived. I then clicked on the track order button and was taken to an account screen I opened an account and did not receive the confirmation emails to verify account.

At the bottom of the original confirmation it’s states what happens next where it also claims that emails will be sent to keep you up to date along the way.

I then rang the company (forced to ring a premium rate number. Waited for 15 minutes and was told the order would be delivered 29/4/2021.

No updates....no emails and I cannot use the track my order function.

I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to come to the phone.

This company is listing items they do not have in stock and fail to keep promises that is nothing less than false advertising.

I will be making a complaint to their local trading standards and the advertising standards authority.

I would order nothing from this company unless you want a similar experience of failed delivery dates, false promises and poor customer service.

Now waiting for a refund.

Update after reply from company to this review.

Yes correct I rectified the situation by exercising my right to demand a refund....your company did nothing to resolve the situation at all....you say this is not the normal service you expect.....what part? The part where you are advertising items for sale that you don’t actually have in stock....giving a delivery date that you couldn’t possibly stick to...the refusal to allow me to raise a complaint with the manager....the premium rate number for customer services...the false claims that you will keep the customer up to date throughout!....the allocation of a delivery date that you actually could not stick to....or the fact I had to call you when my item didn’t arrive on the date offered on the website.

My first and last experience with your company that failed on every aspect of the sale.

False claims....false advertising and a call centre manager who hides behind the front line staff.

I also noticed you sell bathroom products using another online website Betterbathroom.com....same layout....same questions section...,same staff replying....same false promises.

Why would you do that unless it’s to dilute the bad reviews.

Everything that is wrong with internet based sales companies...

Please do pass this to whoever you see fit...my bet is they will shrug their shoulders...tut and add it the growing list...most likely the rubbish bin marked complaints.
