Ordered some rubber mats for my 25 reg Skoda Kamiq - very pleased with them (only just put them in) they look good and fit well though as they're rubber they do pong a bit.
Only downside is they took a month from order to delivery. Could possibly be because skoda had only just updated the Kamiq design slightly.
Communication was reactive rather than proactive so I had to keep nudging them but no reason for the delay was ever forthcoming . If there were problems in production a simple explanation would have been acceptable and saved me moaning.
Overall happy with the mats

Our AA mechanic, Kurtis, turned up promptly, was cautious and considered in his approach to our problem and diagnosed it quickly. Sadly our car had to be recovered but we were able to travel on via train as we had appointments the following day. Very happy with the support we received from him and enjoyed his friendly and courteous manner

Octopus works very well for us. The app is useful and informative and they are courteous and quick to respond and deal with via email. Prices seem fair too.
So yes I recommend Octopus

My wife used them when I lost my phone. After initial tiny charge to initiate a search which didn't turn up any results they tried to take 39.95 from my account - which according to my bank they had set up as a recurring payment too.

it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

I had entered an incorrect email address for our friend's wedding gift card. I emailed to find out if I could change the email address for it and their Representative - Kaye Ainsley - was on it straight away in a friendly and efficient manner so all was put right very speedily. would definitely recommend

I've never taken out an extended warranty before and having bought a newer car decided to take the plunge.
Well I reckon I can afford around £10 a month for the level of cover that it says I'm can expect, so hopefully my few savings are safe from a big garage bill.
Time will tell of course as I've only just purchased it but the reviews were good and I took them into consideration when making my decision.

Great service from Blacks, sent 2 pairs quickly and included a returns label and clear instructions of how to return the pair of shoes that didn't fit - good bit of forward thinking. Refunded immediately they arrived. recommended

Ordered my Nikon D7200, oh no - out of stock!
Quick email to Tina and she kept me up to date and contacted me as soon as it came back in, even better - it had been reduced by £10 as well.
The parcel came a day earlier than the courier had said which was a pleasant treat.
Very pleased with the whole process, I can't (and hope I never have to) quote on the warranty situation but a 3 year warranty is better than a 2 year one isn't it.
