Only downfall was there was that much bubblewrap it took me 10 minutes to unwrap the bubblewrap 🤣 but at least it kept xbox safe.

PS5 1TB online order
This is my own honest and impartial experience. Ordered a PS5 Online, simple process? should be! Requests for lots of i/d and verification from them after sale. It felt as though i was being scammed. They need to look into using a more secure online platform for future. I rang them to confirm as i wasnt sure and felt uneasy, they were punctual but quite rude in their response saying "I have other business to attend to" as though my business wasnt relevent. I am all for online security but they need to address the way they do business.
I eventually recieved the goods promptly and well packaged. Upon inspection the PS5 recieved wasnt the 1TB as advertised, i selected the correct options upon ordering. I was advised after contacting them, that was incorrect, and it varies as to what would be shipped at the time in terms of memory size. The website is very misleading and needs clarification. Why have this option on the site if you cannot provide the exact item?
Not a great, simple online experience as it should be. Wont be using them again.
