Tried to buy a games console and they blocked my transaction and I missed out!

I hadn’t heard of this company before I found it on the Internet, so as I was browsing, I found something I wanted. The price was fantastic. The postage was free which I was very surprised at and the customer service was fantastic from the store that I didn’t buy from but messaged on Facebook and they helped me locate when it was gonna be delivered so all in all 11 stars out of 10 

Lots of good products backed by a guarantee. Customer service is also good: quick and efficient. They dealt with an issue I had in a timely manner.

Purchased airpods from CGX Accrington.. airpods was fake so had to return.. wasnt too bothered that they was fake as sometimes hard to tell.

Upon them getting delivered by royal mail i messaged on social media to check all was recieved to get a snotty message 'Yes they have been delivered your refund should take a few days' wheres the customer service? An appology would at least be fair.. really unsatisfied with the end result here when ive been nothing but fair an polite to store.. no email or anything to say any refund has been sent

As a first time customer for CGX, I can certainly say I am impressed with the customer service and support that I have received so far when buying and selling through this company. Unfortunately I use to be a huge CEX fan but in more recent times I have been let down by them and CGX saved me from them! I am a very happy customer when using you guys. Perfect work.

i went to cgx in darlington and the guy called jason is awsum, you can so tell he has done customer faced selling as well as customer service before. having got talking to him we found he has also done management but not for cgx.overall excellent visit and cant wait to go back just to see him a lot of shops staff could and would learn a lot from this guy.

The item arrived and was not in good working order. I emailed and did not get even acknowledged of my complaint email.

I am not buying anything from Wigan CGX Leigh , because they gave me a used TV, but in the advertisement on ebay said “New”. The tv screen had finger marks and the box has opened from bottom and re taped to appear as “New”. In side the box there were used tape pieces. Don’t do any deal with this store.

I brought a meta quest 3s from them and it was as a great purchase, the Leigh customer service was very helpful and understanding. the price was extremely good as it is cheaper than most on other websites and market places and comes with a 6 month warranty( which I hope not to do).The meta quest 3s is brilliant I’m very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy from cgx again.

The buying process was smooth and I received my order exactly as described in the advert. The package was delivered timely.

Fast delivery. PS3 was wrapped very well and very carefully which I appreciate. Didn’t get my tracking number after 2 days, emailed customer services and they got back really fast and sent it to me. Very good customer service. For a used ps3 it works very well and minor scratches (which expected with a used) only criticism I have, is maybe clean the devices before sending them out for delivery as it was really really dirty. But apart from that everyone else was perfect.
