I am writing my to express my complete disgust and frustration with the way Dustapro handle refunds.

I have complied with all requirements for the return of the goods and have made repeated attempts to obtain my refund. I have now sent 20 follow up emails despite being assured that my money would be refunded.

I am still waiting.

This is completely unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for money that I am owed, particularly after I was specifically assured that the refund would be processed.

I have worked work in a financial institution and understand that refunds do not take an unreasonable amount of time to process. The ongoing delay, combined with the complete lack of communication from DUSTAPRO, is extremely disappointing and has seriously damaged my confidence in your business.

I have now escalated this matter with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) as well as lodging a dispute with my financial institution.

At this point, I have exhausted my patience and my willingness to continue attempting to resolve this matter through repeated emails that are simply ignored.

I require my outstanding refund to be processed immediately.

If this matter is not resolved without any further delay, I will be proceeding with negative reviews of my experience with DUSTAPRO across your social media platforms, advertising pages and relevant review sites, so that other consumers can make an informed decision about whether they wish to deal with your company.

I will ensure that any reviews I leave accurately reflect my experience, including the repeated unanswered emails, the assurance that my refund would be processed, and the continued delay in receiving money that I am owed.

I have given DUSTAPRO more than enough opportunity to resolve this matter professionally. I now expect action rather than another assurance or further delay.

Process my refund WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY and provide written confirmation once the funds have been returned.

This is pure fabrication of the truth. Dustpro has little or no suction and does not meet its advertised performance.
Do not buy.

DO NOT order anything from this company.

Dustapro are setup to mislead you when placing your order - they take your money then refuse to refund anything - even when they have had the goods returned unopened.

The company needs to be investigated by Consumer Affairs protection authorities in each country they operate their dishonest and misleading business.

I have been left several hundred dollars out of pocket and have wasted many hours writing emails responded to by an AI agent. The ultimate insult!

Save yourself alot of grief and buy your vacuum cleaner from a reputable company.

I purchased one robot vacuum and received three plus cleaning products I did NOT order.
I tried to change the order without success and was given so many excuses as to why they couldn’t change the order.
The product does NOT work.
I returned the products at my expense as requested.
It was received at their depot and nearly two months later they say it hasn’t been received/processed! I forwarded them the Aus Post delivery details.
Since I requested a refund there have been over 70 emails between us.
I have been lied to so many times.
DO NOT BUY from this scam company.

Can dustapro tell me what Consumer Rights Act 2015 says regarding the return of faulty goods

What a total waste of money. Doesn't work, cheap plastic. It looks like a toy.I have asked for a refund but they are stalling and I will probably never see my money.

Shockingly run company and deliberately deceptive website. The company and product are a SCAM. Ordered one dustapro, was charged for 3 unknowingly and still seeking a refund from these scammers 3 months latter.Save yourself alot of grief and do not order anything from these SCAMMERS

No customer service and get over charged for product
When trying to send back no help in doing so.
When you emails it is put in a cue and they take up to 7 days to respond.so if you want to cancell order u can not.
When you call a number suppose to be in your country be prepared to speak to anyone from the European non speaking English countries.
When u request a return they wait till after yhe 30 days and then contact.

When you make purchase screen shot the order before going to checkout as you dont always get a receipt and and you need to do a charge back they will not do so without this.

Also be ware that it is in USD.

I received a product that did not work. I charged the vacuum and it just sat there. Requested refund. Told me in order to get full refund have to return in original packaging, which of course I didn't have. They are no longer answering emails. Terrible customer service and poorly made product. Do not buy.

I ordered The dustapro in June at $76 thinking it was Aus dollars, but got to checkout and it cost me $126 Aud. This product was useless. It did not even pick up crumbs, fluff or a thin piece of cotton. I contacted the company asking for a refund, which we negotiated. I am still waiting 4 weeks later. Totally sucked in. Pardon the pun!! Not happy!!!

Charged more than the online price. Contacted immediately and tried to cancel order - told that it was dispatched. It wasn't as 3 weeks later I got the actual shipping confirmation. When the product arrived it was flimsy and did not work at all. Was encouraged to try the product and not to worry - full refund would be offered. Product completely unsatisfactory. Requested refund - then the games continued Had to be not used (despite the encouragement to use it). Tried to offer partial refund, and upped the ante several times - despite their "full money back guarantee". Had to pay return postage to them - which was in their terms and conditions HOWEVER had they cancelled the product like requested before shipping and when I encountered the first overcharge issue - this would not have been a cost that I encountered. In all my years I have never come across a more dishonest and evasive company flogging a worse product

Waited almost 2 months instructions say let charge for 4 hours. I let it charge 6, nothing it does nothing. SCAM. Don't purchase. Contacted customer service .crickets!

Ripped off on “advertised price”. This is the absolute worst without exaggeration robot vax. Can’t pick up any rubbish on floor. Gets stuck in the middle of the floor. Moment it touches a carpet edge it gets stuck. Hopeless. This should be banned as a scam.

Ordered 2 in error, (29/6/26) only realised my error couple hours later, tried to reduce order to 1 but was told it was already processed but no problem due to 30 day return policy. Arrived 14 july - so light and cheap but I was going to return both. Emailed to let them know - was offered 21% discount if I kept them, this figured increased in various amounts until they reached 71% but I wanted a full refund for items I'd never used. Returned items 15th July, delivered by royal mail 16th July. 30th July still no refund, emailed again and they started at the beginning and offered me 21% to keep them.
DONT ORDER - terrible cheap product and atrocious customer service

Absolute rubbish sent in broken condition won’t refund money

The machine goes in a tight circle on one spot, not designed for carpet, no suction worth mentioning, no power.
Absolutely a waste of my money.
Only wish id read the reviews befor I purchased.
Trying to get a refund:
Was offered 25% refund, i refused. They then offered 45% , I refused. They then offered 70% final offer. I refused. Then was asked to return the machine to get a full refund. So im returning it.
Not sure if I'll ever see my money again.
It's a total SCAM!

When I realised I'd been charged for items I hadn't ordered I contacted customer. service to cancel the order. Their so called customer service is a joke.
They kept putting me off, saying they were busy!
It arrived today and it is a cheap plastic "toy" with no suction whatsoever.
This is a complete scam.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from this retailer. My experience was frustrating from start to finish and left me with very little confidence in how they handle customer transactions.

After completing what I believed was a straightforward purchase, I discovered an additional charge on my bank account that I had not expected. To make matters worse, I never received the usual confirmation email or receipt, so I had no reference number or proof that the order had even been processed. Because of the unexpected payment activity, I immediately called my bank and told them to stop any further transactions with this company.

When I contacted customer support, they insisted they could not investigate because I was unable to provide an order number even though the reason I didn't have one was that THEIR system never sent any confirmation. I supplied evidence of the payments from my bank statement, but they refused to use it and kept insisting I produce the order number. This is in blatant disregard of all European consumer laws, which do apply to them since they claim to operate out of Lithuania.

Instead of taking responsibility and working from the payment details I provided, the matter simply went around in circles. The entire experience has been stressful and disappointing, and I was left feeling that customer service was unwilling or unable to resolve a problem that appeared to originate with their own ordering process.

Based on my experience, I STRONGLY recommend your stay as far away as possible from this company.

This vacuum is like a toy that does not move around. It is a scam and has taken out everyone's money.

BEWARE!!!! Total scam. I stupidly started to order 3 robot vacs but got suspicious when loads of pop ups came up trying to get me to buy cleaning products. Unfortunately the order did go thru without me pressing the order confirmation and shipping etc. then I got an incorrect invoice charging me more and a cleaning products for a ridiculous amount. I emailed them several times straight away asking to cancel the order but they said it was already despatched and too late. Products arrived a couple of weeks later. They are cheap plastic pretend robot vacuums. Toys. They do not work it’s a total scam. Have emailed asking for a refund but of course there has been no reponse.
