Absolutely disgusting. Do not use this site or buy from them. Charged nearly tripple the price my wife was expecting to pay. They put on added extras that we did not want..What an absolute sham..I will be trying every option I can find to get a full refund.
I see you have now replied to my review. It's quite clearly a generic reply you send to all your disgruntled customers. Why do you think you have so many 1 star reviews which would be 0 stars if the option was available. Who in their right mind would order 3 of these vacuums. The only reason the majority of people buy 2. 3. Or even 4 of your trash items is that they had no choice. The items are added on before payment by yourselves and there is no way of removing them. Elderly customers like my wife were duped into hitting the buy button not realising they had bought a vacuum plus the added extras that were added by you. Again your company is an absolute disgrace and should be taken off the internet. take a look at the feedback you have. How can so many people be wrong by saying they were duped into buying sh***ite they didn't want. Do everyone a favour. Take a look at your moral compass and stop ripping off elderly and vulnerable people and give refunds where they are due which is 99.99% of your customers.

I had the misfortune of mistakingly misreading an advertisement of the vaccum cleaners so I spent more money than I wanted to .so I asked the company for a refund .they said the cldnt refund me as the vaccum cleaners had been dispatched and I wld hv to wait for the vaccums to arrive .there were four of them .a later email revealed that the vaccums were sent two days after I ordered them so the vaccums cld hv been hv been prevented Ifrom being sent .the company also changed the day they said that I bought them to a day earlier wen my records state a specific date .i received the vaccums and sent an email asking for a refund and an address where I cld return them .the company wanted to prove they had arrived so i took photos of the parcel and emailed these to the company .the following emails did not cm with a return address they came with the offer of 25% and the following email 45% of the total price paid as a refund and I cld keep the vaccums .i insisted I wanted a total refund as this had cost me $367.90 Australian dollars .the next email cm with the offer of 70% partial refund if the full monies paid and I keep the vaccums and wld not hv to send them back to the company .this sale occurred on the 23/6 and it was now the 3/7 .i agreed to a partial refund of 70% and to keep the vaccums .j was told i wld hv to wait 5-7 days for my refund and a further 3-20 for the refund to appear in my account .as I hadn’t heard anything from the company i sent an email asking as to the progress of my refund i was ignored .this happened with the next three emails enquiring into my refund .i then received an email saying they were looking into the refund and they wld keep me updated .they didn’t .they sent an email offering me 25% of the full monies paid .i felt insulted so I said exactly that in an email .in total i hv sent 21 emails to this company as too the whereabouts of my refund ..there hv been replies and they hv said it is a priority but still no refund .we r now up to day 13 of business days that the refund cld hv been issued and there is no refund .i am giving them the remainder of this week which wld make 15 business days to finalise my refund .j am contacting the office of fair trading on the following Monday the 27/7 to lodge a complaint and to see if they can force the company to pay my refund as the company is not doing so .the actual vaccums i hv kept two and gv my two friends one each .i found that to charge the vaccum the connector glows a bright red until charged .my friend and i did not think this is how it shld charge and this seemed dangerous and a fire risk .i hvnt used it very much as the ongoing dispute with the company for my refund which they r not paying and are stalling everytime i ask where my refund is .so i wasnt happy with the over all use of the vaccum maybe somewot soured by the dishonesty of the company in regards to my refund .i had read a review and the dustaclean vaccum had the best review I don’t know how to be honest it was nothing that stood out that said yes great suction easy to use and clean no the bright red connector on charging had me worried that it was going to catch alight .ive never known any other device that needed to be charged where the connector wld glow red until charged .that is odd .i didn’t mention to the company because they r basically ignoring me because i agreed to 70% partial refund of the total monies paid and they the company do not want to pay me my refund .i realy hope the office of fair trading can do something with them and get me my refund paid .

Absolute scam!!! I bought from Australia, nowhere did it say it was USD. Made it look like it was from Australia. So my $69.99 turned into $121.00. As soon as I realised I sent email after email to cancel the order, they don’t respond. I’m not hopeful of getting a refund when or if it turns up. Expensive lesson learnt!!!!

Still havent received my order! Said it wss shipped a month ago!! Where is it? Cant track it/ wint give me a tracking number! Is this company a scam? Placed order on 5/24/26. Not even replying to my comments/ wmails. Very disappointed by this experience!!

Please please don't waste your time or money. My poor mother fell victim to these people. Firstly items added to her shopping basket without her putting them there (you have to notice and opt out of them) and then a 'Robot Vacuum' that doesn't move. It just sits on the carpet or wood floor with just one brush spinning. At £80+ you would expect it to at least try and clean the floor. And to add insult to injury, you will need to pay any return postage (email evidence available).

Save your money, even Amazon has only given them 1 star..!!

Scam scam scam to the power of a million.
Conned into ordering additional, unwanted items. Then received a cordless hoover suitable for a dolls house- but lacking the power to clean it.
Scam scam scam.

I bought this based on glowing reviews of its powerful suction. I cannot believe I fell for it! Those reviews must be fake, it has hardly any suction at all. Can barely pick up breadcrumbs, doesn't touch dog hair at all, and is basically useless. At least I have not had problems with hidden extras as some have reported

I want to give zero stars. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. First they added on items and charged my credit card. E
Mailed 8 times and every one bounced back n called to cancel the same day and they said I couldn’t. I have never received any items !!

I have reached out to this company 4 times and still no response. I would like to return this item but can't get hold of anyone.
This item is not very good, please do not purchase from them go to Amazon at least you can return your item.

I have just received my 2 vacs and they are way smaller than expected and the suction is terrible on both delivered. Waste of money as they are useless.

Over charge me on 1 but ending up charging me for 3!! They’re not the vac that was advertised total rubbish! I canceled my bank cards the day after I saw the email that had no return email address only automatic messages. Lodge a complaint with PayPal and it still went through nothing was refunded now I has 3 mini vacs that are total rubbish I WILL NEVER USE MT DEBT CARD EVER AGAIN TO BY ON LINE There has been 3 times in the last 3wks were fake company’s have been allowed to take money out of my account even though I went through PayPal they still took money from my account.

I wouldn’t even give it one star, please don’t not buy this product, it is a scam. The vacuum is more like a kids toy only making sound with no suction whatsoever. Shame on people who exploit others and rob people of money.

Too many add-ons offered at point of sale, and I'm sure items were added to my order that I did not select. Customer care was very available and friendly while I waited for my order, promising info on Returns once my items arrived. Then as soon as they arrived they stopped replying to my emails. Also, the product is nothing like advertised. And the Returns link on their website shows Page Not Found. Overall, a product arrived, but I consider this operation to be a scam and I hope they never make another sale again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST SELLER.

This is such a scam.
I only ordered the vacuum and clearly clicked “No” for the additional products. However, when I received the receipt, it showed that I had been charged for two more chemical products that I did not order.
I contacted the company immediately. They told me the parcel had already been dispatched …(just 2-3mins after ordered) and said I could return everything once it arrived. I asked them for the return address details, but they refused to provide them and told me to wait until the parcel arrived.
After the parcel arrived, I sent multiple emails requesting the return information and a refund, cuz I want to return them all but they have completely ignored me.
I would like to report this as a scam and find out what steps I can take to get my money back. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how to report this to the police to recover the payment, please share your advice.

Do not buy from this company.
They add on items without permission, the product is only suitable for for a dolls house, and forget the 30 day money back because they do not answer emails, nor is there an address or even an invoice in the packaging.
My order should have been £90 but with THEIR unauthorised add ins, it came to £145.
Thank God for PayPal payment protection.

Great except for I didn't understand 1X 2X 3X and 4X. When I finished I wondered if I bought 4 of them. What is the difference between all 4???

I ordered a vacuum and saw at checkout other charges added to order I didn’t realise I had to pay so I tried to retract my order and ended up accidentally ordering 3 due to their checkout system
I immediately tried to stop the order and contacted customer services with no reply I now had the order and I’m in the process of trying to get a refund but all my messages to them get sent back undelivered!! This is not good and I will continue to do anything I can to get the company to respond just as they should!
They advertise a 30-day refund policy but give no instructions on how to return furthermore they seem totally uncontactable! ….. really disappointed ☹️

Ordered a month ago and still no status, no tracking. Emailed customer service: no response. Called them, no response. Tried to reach out/comment on their website; my comment was never posted. SCAM ALERT !
