I returned my order 10th June. Reason for return-product didn't work at all. No foam. Just laid in the water. Useless.
They were offering this and that % off the price I'd paid, to avoid returning.
I sent them the tracking number. They replied, couldn't open tracking link-I had no problem tracking the items back to their store.
I am continually emailing, asking where my refund is. Same reply. When we receive the goods.
Here we are July 22nd and still no refund.
Disgraceful company.
Product does not work.

The website is very misleading. Products were added to my order that I did not want and a shipping fee of over $20 was not disclosed until after payment was made. I contacted the company within 5 minutes to cancel the order and was told it had already shipped. This did not actually happen until several days later. They were fast in responding to my emails until I wanted to return it and then there was no response to 3 emails and a "contact us" letter. I tried to find an address to return the product and it appears to be in Lithuania. The postage to send it back would be $29.95.

Fizzclean does not foam as described in the ad
Your contact person was very helpful explaining the whole process. The product "Fizzclean did not fizz or foam as they said in the ad. I was looking forward to having a product that covered the walls of my toilet so that I would get a complete clean.

Customer service was great in handling the problem. The FizzClean toilet bowl cleaner, however was a disappointment. All 7 packets claimed to be a powder that you could pour into a cup but all 7 came compacted in the packages and were not pourable but came out in broken chunks. After adding some of the chunks into 2 toilets in my home, it fizzed a little but did not foam as advertised.

Product came out in a solid block not…
Product came out in a solid block not powder. It went to the bottom of the toilet, there was no fizzing action and after waiting 20 minutes and flushing the bowl has not been cleaned. A total waste of money!!!

FizzClean seems to be a scam.
I became interested in buying Fizzclean when I saw it advertised as the answer to blocked toilets etc. . I am a trusting soul, so I ordered a trial pack. However, I was unable to verify the checkout page before I was timed-out. I went back onto the website and clicked on my basket to see whether I had actually ordered anything. It seemed I had not, so i ordered it again. On reaching the payment screen however, I saw that the product had indeed been double ordered and that other products had been added. It was considerably more costly than I had expected. I immediately emailed the company and asked them to cancel the 2nd order. Instantly I received a reply stating that I was too late to cancel as the product was already packed and shipped! I was assured that they had noted my cancellation and if I was not satisfied i could return the product within 30 days for a full refund on the unwanted order. The second order arrived a few days ago and I emailed the company saying I was returning it as advised and would like a return address or label for the package. It has now been sitting and waiting for a week as, despite three requests, they have still not sent me a return label or any address to return it to, nor have they responded to any of the requests. I have not tried out the product yet because I am so annoyed that I cannot get any response from the company.

I thought I was scam savvy but I saw the FizzClean YouTube ad at a low moment when I had a blocked sink and a plumber hadn't fixed it, so I spent £47 inc P&P on this totally useless product. It barely fizzed when tested in the toilet and it didn't clean. I felt an idiot for buying 'snake oil' and have resolved never to buy from an ad on YouTube ever again. RUBBISH and humiliating to have been fooled with this crap.

Does not work. Very expensive, took ages to arrive. Promises to foam up and clean all scale. Did not foam and made absolutely zero difference .
A card came inside tha package but gives a phone number to ring to complain and not a website. Not worth risking an expensive call when I suspect I have been ripped off.

I ordered the product
I ordered the product. took forever to come in and when i received it i opened one of the packages and tried it out. It did nothing, the purple powder just fell to the bottom of the commode and that was it. Tried the second package and it did the same thing. On top of the product not working you don't get a money back guarentee. If the package is open no refund. How are you suppose to know if it works without opening the package. They did offer a 25% refund. If you don't open the package and want a refund you have to pay to have it shipped back. This is the biggest scam i have ever encountered.

Fizz clean have sent me numerous email all from different names just to delay and confuse with no redress or outcome. Pay pal have.now refunded my money after a month of stress please do not trust

This Fizzclean is a scam. Do not buy it. I Ordered 2 for what I thought was a special offer only to be charged $25 for each packet and after payment had gone through paypal, I saw it was in US Dollars and with postage cost me almost a $100. A ridiculous amount for toilet cleaner that DOES NOT WORK. I wanted to cancel order and was told it had already left business (which was a lie) because I received an email 2 days later saying it had just been despatched. The whole thing is a con and I will be telling everyone I know not to order.
