The ordering process was a little confusing for me. I only wanted to order the Mold Removing Gel to try but they added other products which I didn’t accept.

This company is a joke - I tried to place an order for one item, it created an order for a two items at double the price I expected to pay although it did not look like this at the point of payment. When I paid I saw that it was for the higher amount and immediately contacted them to cancel the order. They said I couldn't cancel as it had already been despatched but I could return the items for a refund.
I waited for the items and contacted them asking how to return. They asked for a photo of the package and said the matter had been passed on to a colleague.
I still have no instructions how to return and get a refund. Absolutely shocking!!!
Nuro clean support team are complete scammers
Agreed a refund on unordered and charged for items
Mislead by 5 different support team members.
They really need to be investigated
They are guilty of committing FRAUD
Good with exception of multiple upselling messages.
I am a retired investigator from the LSP Bureau of Investigations. It is my professional opinion that NeuroClean is a sham organization.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered product on June 19, 2026, and still haven't received my order. I have contacted NuroClean multiple times and I am told that a representative will be getting back to me but that does NOT happen. I have reported the company to my credit card fraud department. Do not order from them. They are a scam, imo,
The product NEVER foamed as was expected and promised in the advertising. Directions are vague (what size spoonful?), and the website seemed to crash or had a glitch that meant that we made two orders and paid more than expected.
No wonder you have a back log of complaints.
This is a total scam.Your advertising says that it removes mould, which it does not!
False advertising, ..'No Bleach' . yet the main ingredient is Sodium Hypercholride... that is Bleach!
Scam..False Advertising..and does not work!
I'm having issues with some stains coming out on my toilet. It's the only one in the house of three that get's nasty looking.
As with so many here, I ordered one thing, but the site is so bewildering, I ended up with multiple items added, and a bill for £100+ that apparently couldn't be cancelled. Was chatting to someone by email who promised they would help, but they've gone quiet for a week now. Have the parcel unopened and will be pursuing through PayPal. The company is basically a rip-off merchant.
Haven’t received product yet so can’t give experience but ordering was simple and convenient.
Product well presented with opportunities tor bulk purchasing.
I tried twice to order online using my credit card to no avail. They obviously didn't want my money so they must be going to send it for free. Have given up.

The perfect product for the perfect idiot. The kind who desperately needs to be separated from their undeserved money post haste.
For the love of God, why doesn't anyone ever think about the poor, sad, long-suffering money?
With a bargain basement price-tag of a mere $26 (+equally exorbitant p&p, natch) for, at most, just a couple of cents worth of bleach, detergent, thickeners. and pong, it's extraordinarily effective in the most important, key ways; it both impoverishes suckers whilst simultaneously enriching charlatans.
With un-matched performance like that, what's not to love?
Five stars!

I only wanted the toilet cleaner. They duped me into adding mold remover, warrant, & shipping. I should've paid $51.18 but I was charged $112.85.

The website was constructed very well and easy to follow, with that I believe your product will be all it states to be
Update. Previously my review was 100% negative. I have just received a full refund. I would say before you click ok to purchase anything with your credit card be 100% sure what is shown that you are purchasing. If not sure don’t proceed.

I decided not to go to checkout but by that point they already had my information. I sent them an e mail immediately saying I did NOT want to place the order before receiving an e-mail from them with another promotion. I was sent another email the following day, saying they billed me anyways. I think if you do not go to checkout they should not bill you, especially if you tell them you do not want to place the order.
