Bought 4 of these 2 for myself and 2 for gift for my grandchildren but both of them already have similar products,so sadly will return 2.
I've not tried these yet but having looked at their ad feel they'll be ok.

Reasonably easy to go thrpugh orderimg system ex cept for being pushed ainto extra goods which i did not
really require but have taken as wanted to complete transaction. Also 1st time i have used this site sooo we wiĺl wait amd see what unfoʻlds!!

Reading his story and hopeful it is a great idea. Due to health it seems like a way for me to have a clean floor without lugging around a vacuum.

This is a SCAM. Do not buy. Ordered 1 unit and was billed for 2 units. When they arrived, they do not move at all. There are no drive wheels! just rolling wheels! the 2 little brushes just spin and the vacuum sits in the one place.

We had troubles ordering and mistakingly ordered 4 instead of 2 robot vacuums. We immediately emailed them to cancel 2. After a week, we were advised the order couldn't be stopped (sure). Then we only got 2 in our delivery. They email you and say all the right things like we'll extend the money back guarantee period to 45 days. But now we've emailed them for a refund and we have radio silence and no credit. Their 30 day refund offer is a lie. Do not use this company.

Responsed quickly

Poor quality, stopped working after a few minutes despite a complete charge. Box was damaged. Customer service contacted with an hr of me asking for a refund. Now have not hear anything from them fir nearly two weeks.
After three weeks they have finally got back to me. Despite the goods that l received had been pre-used, and was damaged in shipping, l am being offered a useless 25% of a refund, despite already been told that l am entitled to a full refund. Customer service team are a joke. The WHOLE experience l have received has been a total joke. They promise one thing and then go back on the offer, and don't bothered to get in touch for 3 weeks. And till me l have 30 days to return good, despite the fact that they are not bothering to see me a address. If l could give a minus rating l would.

You don't think this is a genuine review. WHY because it has given you a bad review.
I'm whole experience with your company has been bad. The package was damaged, did not work and when l complained l got a reply straight away saying sorry. When you like a replacement. l said no and then l get told someone will be in contact shortly. 3 WEEKS later l get offered a 25% refund, and l had to fight for a 70% refund.
l found your customer service staff to be rude, and they acted like they where doing me a favour of getting me the refund, when l had been problemed it from the start.

I found the staff dealing with my grievance very courteous and helpful. They behaved professionally and my dispute was sorted in my favour.

Customer Service responded quickly to my order question and followed up with me.

Experience was ok but could have been quicker so that I didn’t have to go through the whole experience of maybe sending the product back and waiting for a credit.

Easy to make order. Hope it works as well as promoted.

I'm absolutely happy with the experience I had with the team. They went above and beyond to help me and it was done within a couple of hours.

The got back to me quickly and answered my question clearly.

I appreciate the ease of being able to order this product & get it checked out then shipped.
I really hope this robot vacuum works as well as it was advertised. I’ll be sure to check back in with another follow-up review.
