I ordered 3 of your dustpro vaccum cleaners so it would clean my whole house in between vacuuming. So I charged 1 of of your DUSTAPRO vaccum machines & all it did was go around in circles it didn't do anything else I had to push it with my foot even it still just went around in circles I was very disappointed because the guy on your ad said that he had bought 1 for his Mother & that the 1 that she had paid a small fortune for just sat there & it needed a app to operate it & then didn't work properly & he said he invented these DUSTAPRO vacuum so you didn't need an app off your phone to use it just turn it on & away it goes the guy in the ad. Which is incorrect it just goes around in circles.

What a giant pile of SH** these where!!!! Wasted time and money on these, to only find out that they want you to pay to return there garbage, that in my case cost more than the cost of the original items. They dont perform as advertised and all the reviews on their website are BS

I finally found my delivery front garden after 15 daysof delivery stupid where left weather elements. The Robot cleaner is small far too light heap plastic does not pickup light fluff so after all those dramas to pay over $200 yep i bought 2!!!very disappointed money down drain

The company has replied and my opinion hasn’t changed. Suction power is hopeless. It gets stuck on the slightest imperfections in the floor. Gets stuck in corners and most importantly doesn’t clean anything!

A very deceptive website. Websit doesn't give the size. They are very small (about 8 inches). Doesn't tell you the price is in USD. I tried to order 2 and then there was a popup asking if I wanted 2. When I received my order confirmation I'd paid for 4! Tricked into buying extra products that appear as a gift. There is no opportunity to review the cart (to see extra charges for items and because of conversion from USD to AUD) before you pay. I tried to cancel or amend the order immediately but could not get a reply from the company. As expected, when I finally did, they said the order had been shipped. If you are thinking of buying from this website, DON'T!

Customer service support took some time…
Customer service support took some time to get through. The vacuum doesn’t perform/operate as shown, and is definitely overpriced for the quality of the vacuum. Once I turned on the vacuum and sat it on my wood laminate flooring it just sat stationary. Also no suction, so I’m not sure how it’s a “vacuum”. Requesting a full refund.
