This item was advertised as next day delivery. The supplier dispatched on the day of order however we received delivery on the 4th day. We only purchased this product because we needed next day delivery

No spare parts for Santos 4' 6" double beds.
Your AI system seems to reject my judgement/review by askkng repeatedly for details I have already provided several times. It then claims my "ticket" (not complaint I note) will not be recorded as I have failed to provide info I have already given you.
Very frustrating.

Excellent delivery but parts missing.
The notification of date and time of delivery was very good. The delivery driver was excellent, helpful, pleasant and polite.
My product looks to be great.
Unfortunately having unpacked and checked the many parts for my nest of tables I found 3 pieces missing.
I’m now waiting to hear how this will be resolved.

The delivery driver was excellent. Helped get the large box into the house and then helped get the item out of the box. We were struggling so very grateful.
The cupboards are in the bedroom and look good. To early to comment on quality of build but off to a very good start.

Very Good Experience
Delivered well within time specifications.
The delivery men did all that was asked and were very pleasant.
Still have the components shrink wrapped as room not ready to take them, so cannot comment on the product at this time.

Dealing with a few companies at the moment but have to say what a professional set up this company is, excellent communication from the start, they said 9.00am delivery and it arrived bang on, extremely pleasant guy who delivered, excellent all round!

Excellent Purchase And Service !!
Excellent purchase and service. Great Walnut colour TV Unit purchased via Homebase at a very good price. Value for money. Delivered direct from Birlea Furniture with very good communications as to delivery status. The TV Unit was very easy to assemble following the step by step instructions with no issues. Once assembled it looks stunning and very functional. Would definitely purchase Birlea Furniture again. Overall very pleased.
