The service does seems to really care about users.

Base 44 is the best platform to implement your ideas to an app & to a bigger ERP system.

Good for basic website ONLY. Apps with users, paid subscribers and need to build a reliable business, go to a competitor. The Base44 support team are non-existent. Bots and NOREPLY email address only. I've been a PRO level customer, $100-$200 per month in credits and every time I've needed help, I get a hand to the face. Horrible service, avoid this platform. I recommend Lovable; its worth the few pennies more for efficiency, stability, and GREAT SERVICE.

This guys are without doubt the best on the market! No other platform comes even closer! After spending millions on software development to dishonest IT specialists (99,99% of them are simply cheaters), i found Base44 and have done my app for several dollars! God bless you guys, you deserve to be number 1!

All of my progress keep on reversing, am i the only one?

I've been a paying Base44 customer for a while and have spent around $1,000 with them, so this isn't a drive-by complaint.

My Elite plan renewed for $1,000 right after I'd intended to downgrade for a month off. I'd barely touched the account — 1.3% of the plan's message credits, a fraction of a percent of integration credits. A reasonable, honest situation.

Getting it resolved took six-plus messages. Instead of anyone looking at my actual usage, I got the no-refund policy quoted back repeatedly, a usage comparison against a free plan I wasn't even on, and at one point an offer to move me to a "Standard" plan that turned out not to exist. I had to produce my own usage numbers before anyone engaged with what had actually happened.

To their credit, once someone finally reviewed it properly, they refunded the charge and the outcome was fair — which is exactly the problem. It was clearly always fixable. For the price they charge, I expected the billing and support to match, and it didn't. Most customers won't send six messages to get a fair result — they'll just do a chargeback and leave.

Fair resolution, frustrating road. Two stars for the process; the last rep who sorted it earned more.

ive been using (paying customer) B44 from the early days when it was a 1 man startup. it gave me trumendus value. for both strategic project (mainly POCs) and tailor made nice to have apps

AI seems to play very dumb. Making answer the same question 5 times before it actually does what you asked it to do the first time.

I also asked to do 5 things after one another. The AI will then do one thing then ask if you want it to carry on with the next part, which makes you have to type yes every single time wasting credits!!

It's also ridiculous that the credits you don't use don't get rolled over to the next month. Paying for builder plan and only getting 250 credits is a joke when they've dumbed down the AI.

Base44 helped me bring my wieldest ideas to life. I have now 2 applications that serve people and hopefully will bring revenue. Its a great solution.

Cheating Credit by looping the error when you hit 150/250 credit usage. The method to quickly exhausted your credit so you can upgrade the plan. This platform if got no star I will rate no star. Because shouldn't have this platform in the world as cheating your hard earn money.

What kind of customer service is this? Honestly, I have never experienced anything like it.

I had a complicated issue with my application and database, and I contacted the support team several times. I probably made things difficult for them because I was stressed, in a hurry, and sometimes struggled to explain exactly what I needed. Despite that, they remained patient, respectful, kind, and professional from beginning to end.

They took the time to understand the problem, explained what had happened, gave me clear instructions, and even helped me continue working on my application. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and never abandoned me halfway through the process.

I have been using Base44 in Builder mode for around four or five months, and I am genuinely very satisfied with the platform. It allows me to create professional tools for my clients, and the quality of the support makes the experience even better.

It is honestly incredible to see a company take such good care of its users. A huge thank you to the entire Base44 team, and especially to Taylor, for the patience, kindness, and support. This level of customer service is extremely rare.
