There is nothing that I imagined that Lovable could not implement on my website.

Lovable is the best ever I experienced when it comes to building a world-class website.

Easy to use, great in-app SEO, connections to analytics, etc. super neat!

Their cancellation policy is not clear, I was charged after closing my account. I started the account thinking that I had paid for another month, I wanted to give it another shot to see if I could work through an idea, but decided that this was not the right tool for me. Cancelled, I have zero access to my projects AND I still have to pay another month. Lack of support, and cancellation policies, would not recommend

The app itself is brilliant- without it, the things I’ve built, would have been impossible however, over the last 3-4 months, lovable have increased their prices covertly. When i first started using Lovable, i’d spend 100 credit (£30) in an entire day. Building so much, it was amazing. But now, im spending 100 credits in 2 hours approx. It jumped several times and this current cost to build is too much.

The 1 star is because after contacted support, they fobbed me off.. i went from spending £30 for an entire day of building to £200+ per day…

Loveable created a beautiful site for me with great images and a very professional look. It only needs a few lines of instructions, I love the results it produced, except it keeps needing more money. Im afraid to publish the site and fear the overall cost will be exhorbant. I love the product but its very expensive.

Using Loveable felt less like using an AI tool to build my app, and more like a collaborative partner, who understood what I wanted and also was able to bring ideas, context and best practices to bear. It was a wonderful experience....Id use Loveable a million times again.

I run several companies in commercial real estate, M&A advisory and luxury development, and Lovable now hosts nearly all of their websites. That includes my brokerage site, my M&A advisory firm, my CRE community platform, a podcast site, an agent's personal site, and individual property sites for a luxury residential development. I have built fourteen projects so far.
What I value most is speed without losing control. I can describe a new market page or a listing site in plain business language, and Lovable builds it in the same structure and style as the rest of my site. It follows detailed instructions closely, including my writing rules, and it tests its own work before reporting back. When I tell it to leave something as a draft, it does.
I also connect Lovable to Claude, so I can assign website work from the same place I manage my deals and content. That has turned website updates from a project into a routine task.
One request: let us set the www redirect to a permanent 301 in the domain settings. That would help with SEO.
For a busy broker who needs professional sites built and updated quickly, Lovable has earned its place in my stack.

BE CAREFUL! Anyone can report your site for trademark violation and they will take your site down immediately without ANY warning, Even if the report was UNFOUNDED, even after whoever sent the violation request withdraws their complaint, support doesn't reply or their Trust and Safety team, it's been 73 hours now. We had ZERO mentions of the company who reported violation. There was NO basis for the violation claim. And not only the page is now offline, but they put this terrible page that basically tell visitors to your page that you are a scammer. THIS IS ABSURD! Tried sending multiple support requests and nothing reactivates or no replies.

I'm glad I had the guts to make this application witch was really fun to make. It took me a while to understand why applications had to start with being a Square. And how to compress a application to the smallest!

Since working with lovable I find that my ideas flow from one project to the next. The interactive discussions feel so real and the helpful suggestions I get one I ask what do you think is extremely helpful. I can definitely recommend lovable to anyone who wants to build something and turn it into a business opportunity. For now I would rather remain silent about my project but be sure to look out for it soon. Launch date is not too far away.
