Would recommend Boxmove

The company concerned is Boxmove.
They arrived at the time specified, having sent a text to confirm exact timings.
They were friendly, efficient and polite.
They delivered 2 bookcases and collected a recliner chair.

Genuinely the easiest way to donate…

Genuinely the easiest way to donate furniture to charity. I’d had such a hard time trying to arrange a furniture collection with other charities. Boxmove makes this is incredibly easy. I could chose a collection date, I got an 1-hour time slot via text message the night before, and the drivers showed up bang on time. Their drivers (in our case Bradlee and Nqobile) are professional, friendly and respectful of our property.

Effortless

Whole process from beginning to end was effortless.

I knew exactly when to expect the lads the night before. Updates were available throughout the whole day and a text was sent when I was the next collection.

The 2 lads that arrived were polite and friendly. They quickly identified the best way to remove the furniture items and they had them safely on the van in no time at all.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Thank you
