Aimn ski suit verbier
The shipping was superfast to the U.S. I love how warm the verbier jacket in espresso is. I sized down on the jacket and got the L normally I would get a XL. The stretch thermo ski pants in espresso I purchased in my normal size XL because I wanted the extra room. It feels so well made, stylish, and warm.

I ordered the Black Sense Maternity and delivery was smooth and fast. The tights could be really good if it wasn’t for the very sharp and thick seems and edges that makes them uncomfortable to wear compared to other tights I have. Maybe they get softer over time but after the first few washes they are still rough. I also wish they had some pockets.

I ordered rain boots based on size…
I ordered rain boots based on size guide (in my normal size), but the boots were way too small. I’ve sent the boots back over two weeks ago, and only got an email saying that the package has arrived to some terminal and it might take 3 weeks from that day to get the money back?! Not happy with the size guiding nor the returning process.. Such a pity because the boots seemed very nice otherwise.

The return process usually takes no more than 2 weeks, but during busier periods—such as the summer—it can take up to 3 weeks. This timeframe includes both transit and the refund process, so your return should be processed at our warehouse any day now.

To clarify your case, these duties are calculated and applied automatically at checkout before the order is confirmed and it affects all customers from US. These costs is not controlled by aim'n, and unfortunately, it is something we have no influence over.
The prices you see on site is already included taxes and can not be removed afterward.

I love this store
I love this store. The best compression, comfort, quality! The shipping to Canada was fast, and cisterns service was great. I just bought 5 new items from here but had some pants and biker shorts I bought about 3 years ago. No pilling , they fit the same, in perfect condition and I wear them a lot!

I would not recommend ordering from this store.
The return process is extremely frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. There is a lot of back and forth by email, but I keep receiving the same generic response instead of any real help. It feels like they are not properly addressing the issue.
Returning items is also very inconvenient. You have to print the return label yourself, which is annoying and outdated. The whole process takes too much time and creates unnecessary stress, especially if you simply want to send something back.
The return period is only 30 days, and with the slow and difficult email communication, this makes the experience even more stressful.

Very poor quality
I've ordered a sweatshirt, a pair of sweatpants, and a jacket from aim'n, and while I love the design, the quality has been very disappointing. For the price you pay, I expected top-quality sportswear, but it turned out to be of similar quality to what you can buy at any mass-market store for a fraction of the price. After several washes, the sweatshirts and pants look worn and old. I won't order from them again.

And its also warm yet breathable, especially their mid and 3/4 tights.
**My only feedback is the longsleeve top and the black and white jumper hugs around the neck too much which isnt comfortable. A V shape near the neck would be much better where it still covers the whole chest without hugging around the neck. **

I’ve been a Lululemon fan for many years but the set I just bought from Aim’n beats it. The shape seamless leggings are a fantastic fit that offer great shaping to the booty and abdomen. And the long length is perfect for me as a tall woman. And this activewear not only looks great but is super comfortable. Very happy with my purchase!

I’m genuinely disappointed.
I love the product itself, but the customer support completely ruined the experience and made sure I won’t be ordering again.
I made a mistake with the delivery address (auto-filled from my card) and contacted support as soon as I realised it. Instead of any real help, I received a polite-but-cold reply saying they can’t change anything, that it’s not their responsibility, and that if the parcel is returned, the shipping costs will be deducted from my refund.
So basically: no solution, no attempt to help, no ownership — just a reminder that I might lose both the product and part of my money. Wrapped in emojis and “have a lovely day”.
What’s most frustrating is that contacting support actually made things worse. I would have been better off staying silent and just hoping for the best. That’s a terrible sign for customer experience.
Mistakes happen. Good brands help you fix them. This one clearly doesn’t.
Great product. Very poor service. I won’t be buying again.

Can’t believe it I have spent over $200 on my order I received only the confirmation email of my order and nothing else it’s been over a week so I email still no reply I find aimns number ring them had to deal with the rudest worker in my life she did not want to help me at all come to find out my parcel has been delivered (I don’t have my parcel) I have had no dispatch email no tracking number no delivery email nothing the number I rang for aimn told me there’s nothing they can do and I have to wait for aimn to email me back iv been waiting 3 days still nothing iv lost over $200 and have no clothing that I ordered what a rip very disappointed who will remedy this situation because iv have never ever brought off line and had no dispatch or tracking number

Poor quality, not worth the price
Ordered a ski jacket; the pink puffer, and the quality was so poor... For that price you would have expected it to be much ticker and with better lining, but the material felt really cheap and wasn't warm at all. Every other ski brand would be better: protest, roxy, lutha, nikkie, goldbergh, brunotti. Just don't go for this one... Cheap and not worth it.

If you purchased our pink puffer jacket, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations.
This jacket was released as part of our ski collection, but this particular style has more limited technical features compared to what is usually required or expected for skiing.
We always recommend reviewing the product description carefully if you are looking for specific performance features. It can certainly be worn while skiing, but depending on weather conditions, it may require additional insulating layers to perform well in colder or wetter climates.
We do hope you will enjoy the jacket for everyday wear. If you are looking for a jacket specifically designed for skiing, we can warmly recommend our Cortina Jacket or Verbier Jacket, which offer more technical features suited for time on the slopes.
