Some good i wouldnt recommend mens gym shorts used them once and started threading, cheap quality for price you pay

Terrible fit, lose in lower leg try to pull them up over hips doesnt hold rolls back down within movement, terrible material, scrunch bum doesnt scrunch because you need to try and hoist them up to stay on there's no scrunch if you wear them at hips there's nothing holding body in shape they just look awful on . Worst experience ever with active wear will never waste my money again 😒

I have ordered from Abyl numerous times and have always been impressed by the speedy delivery and also very efficient returns system.
How ever , on one occasion my return didn’t get processed and I didn’t get my refund so I got in touch via email from the contact area on site and Krystelle helped by finding my return and got the refund processed swiftly and was lovely.
A happy again customer 😊

I’m really disappointed with how AYBL handled a recurring quality issue.

I have experienced the exact same problem with two separate pairs of AYBL leggings: the bum seam ripping. The first pair, my black leggings, ripped around a year ago, and more recently my pink pair developed the exact same issue. Neither pair ripped while I was putting them on, and I have followed the care instructions provided with the leggings. The pink pair actually ripped while I was simply bending down to put my socks on.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I own multiple pairs of AYBL shorts with similar bum-seam detailing and have never experienced this issue with any of them. It has specifically happened with the leggings, and now it has happened twice.

I contacted customer service hoping they would at least investigate whether this could be a recurring quality or construction issue. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the items were outside the 60-day period and therefore could not be replaced. I explained in detail why I did not believe this should simply be dismissed as normal wear and tear, including the fact that the exact same issue occurred on two separate products, but the response remained the same.

The final resolution offered was a 20% discount on my next order. Considering I had just contacted them about a durability issue with their product, I found it disappointing to be offered a discount that essentially requires me to spend more money with the brand rather than having the issue properly addressed.

I genuinely love AYBL leggings and would have much preferred to have this resolved positively. I wasn't asking for a refund for every pair I've ever purchased, I was asking them to acknowledge that two separate leggings failing in exactly the same place may indicate something beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Unfortunately, the way this was handled has really affected my confidence in the quality and durability of the leggings, as well as in AYBL's customer service.

Took a while to receive my refund for a returned item but as soon as I contacted customer services, it was sorted immediately.

Andreea, Lucy and Arya helped me very well. I received two wrong sizes and the correct sizes were resent free of charge. I didn't have to return the wrong sizes.

I returned an item due to being too small, the return process was easy however had no correspondence rhstthe item had been received.
I emailed customer services for an update and Alysia responded very quickly and ensured I receive my refund back immediately.

Aybl’s customer service team was great and so helpful, there was a slight manufacturing issue when I received the item and they sent brand new items to me with no charge!

I absolutely love this brand! I initially bought several pieces because my daughter wanted to try them for our gym sessions, but I quickly fell in love with them too!
The quality, comfort, and colors are exceptional. I own several activewear brands, but this one is by far my favorite, I find myself choosing these pieces over all my others!
I’ve only returned one pair of leggings, and Page M provided amazing, polite, and efficient customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping the new collection!

I was sent shorts in the wrong color by mistake. I checked their website return policy and it was very easy to follow. I emailed support with photos, and they replied the same day! They sent me a replacement free of charge the next day, I couldn’t be happier!! :) Thank you Alexis & Yuliia!!

I absolutely love AYBL and some of my favourite workout sets are from the brand. When I had an issue with a pair of leggings, their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally and sent out a replacement straight away.

Really happy with how they resolved the issue and with the overall service. I’ll definitely keep shopping.

Elysia helped me out so much when I needed a replacement for my shorts that got a rip in the seam. I loved how prompt they were, they got back to me and sent out a free replacement in less than 12 hours. Will definitely purchase from them again!
