I ordered rain boots based on size…
I ordered rain boots based on size guide (in my normal size), but the boots were way too small. I’ve sent the boots back over two weeks ago, and only got an email saying that the package has arrived to some terminal and it might take 3 weeks from that day to get the money back?! Not happy with the size guiding nor the returning process.. Such a pity because the boots seemed very nice otherwise.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the boots you purchased felt small in size. We do offer free size exchanges and hope you noticed this option and were able to use it. If you have chosen to exchange them, we can also ship the new size to you right away as long as you have contacted our support team.
The return process usually takes no more than 2 weeks, but during busier periods—such as the summer—it can take up to 3 weeks. This timeframe includes both transit and the refund process, so your return should be processed at our warehouse any day now.
