Usually a good app but let themselves down badly this week.
Usually a good app. Asked to update the app as I left UK. Now doesn't recognise my euro currency account, always has before. Defaults to a UK card so I pay poor exchange rates rather than use my local currency account. No chat line, so forced to either call home in the middle of my holiday, or wait until I get home.
Always worked before... until they asked me to upgrade.

Utterly useless. Previous card expired, new one never arrived, only option is to PAY for a replacement for a card I've never had! Help desk did not assist at all.

The ability to swap payment cards carrying only one physical card
I use the Curve all the time as it quickly gives me the ability to swap payment cards whilst still only having to carry a single physical card.

They have again blocked my card…
They have again blocked my card instantly for no reason without warning because I did "suspicious transactions". I was never informed what those transactions look like and I cannot reactivate the card in the app. There is no live support and no phone number I can call. I am at the other side of the world and need my card to work. I pay money every month to use it and they blocked it multiple times just in the recent monts.

Utter rubbish
I bought a smart watch as it has NFC payment. To do this amazfit has partnered with Curve. For reasons known only to Curve, I did not get through their id check and said I needed to contact them. I have sent three emails to them without any action. I also sent an email to amazfit. They haven't bothered replying either. I am now going to return the watch. Beware buying any product requiring Curve, you will not get any help if there is a problem.

Curve for me was a great experience to use with my android phone. Doesn't take too long to set up and no need to be tech-savvy. Migrates easily to your current wallets.
Avoid Curve like the plague
Avoid Curve like the plague! I signed up through a referral link, received the card after a week, made the required transactions, and kept the subscription active for over 40 days - all per their terms. Yet, I didn"t get the £10 bonus because their system "doesn"t see" the transactions in the "first 7 days." The terms don"t specify if it"s from signup or card delivery - how was I supposed to pay without the card? This feels like a deliberate trap!
The support is a joke. We exchanged a total of 30 emails (mine included multiple follow-ups, theirs repeated the same questions over and over). They ignored my messages, once mixed up my details in a reply to my email, then corrected it in a new thread to the same address. Automated replies, empty apologies, zero response to escalation requests. I waited weeks, and they threatened to close the case, claiming I "didn"t reply" - despite my emails!
Curve, this isn"t support, it"s a mockery. I lost time and nerves.
Everything in one place, so easy to use.
I am using Curve on my galaxy phone and am amazed how easy it is to switch between cards to pay instore. All of my payments in one place with a very easy to use interface. Dont need to remember multiple pin numbers its just tap and go. Using my Curve card gives me time to pay with a very competetive interest rate, only use the basic option for now but will be upgrading very soon. Life is so much easier with Curve.

Refunding
My card was charged multiple times for a single purchase on Amazon. It wasn't easy, but I was reimbursed after several very courteous exchanges with support. Ultimately, it's a reputable company.
Incorrectly placed a charge of £3,800 on my credit card
Once again let down by Curve's immature tech, and their appalling "support". A simple transaction for £14 was somehow processed on Curve's side as £3800. This hold was placed on my underlying HSBC credit card, and at the time of writing this review it still hasn't been removed in almost a month. No replies from support.

The transition to my new Curve account on their split from Samsung + was accurate and fast. I have used Curve for quite a while now and they are brilliant.
