Very disappointing experience with Vivid Business my company funds are blocked and I am left without a solution
I normally do not write reviews like this, but I feel I have no other option because I am not getting anywhere with Vivid Business.
I have a Danish company, and I opened a business account with Vivid because I needed a reliable banking solution for my daily business operations.
Recently, Vivid contacted me regarding two transactions on my account. One transaction was a transfer of my own company funds from another business bank account. The other transaction was a payment to one of my subcontractors for work they had completed for my company.
I immediately cooperated with Vivid and provided all the documentation they requested, including invoices and explanations regarding the transactions. Everything was related to normal business activity, and I have done nothing wrong.
Despite this, Vivid decided to block my account and terminate my business relationship with them. My access to my company funds has been restricted, and I have been told that I must wait 28 days before I can receive my money.
I completely understand that banks and financial institutions in Europe have strict regulations and compliance requirements. That is not the problem. The problem is that Vivid is holding my company’s money even though I have provided the requested documentation and there has been no explanation of any wrongdoing.
The money in this account belongs to my company. I need these funds to pay my subcontractors and continue running my business. Delaying access to these funds creates real problems for my company and affects people who are working on my projects.
I have contacted Vivid several times and explained the situation, but I keep receiving the same standard responses that nothing can be done until the 28-day period has passed. I do not feel that anyone is actually reviewing my case or trying to find a solution.
At this point, I am not asking Vivid to explain why they decided to close my account. If they no longer want me as a customer, that is their decision. I simply want my company funds released and I want to speak with a person who can actually help resolve this matter.
Vivid, if you see this review, please contact me directly by email or provide me with a contact email for someone responsible who can look into this case.
I hope we can find a fair and quick solution, because this situation is causing unnecessary problems for my business.
