Placed an order on the 13/07/26.
Getting constant emails with "updates" on delivery, but still waiting for it 10 days later. I have had orders from far away coming a lot faster. Getting tired of excuses: high delivery traffic, courier experiencing slight delay, temporary packing slow down, stock recheck, overload courier routes. All these updates came in this order, whilst I got an email from the courier that they are still waiting for the package. Losing hope my order will ever come. I will definitely NOT be ordering anything from them ever again.

Love the products. So much sp I bought 4 pairs of the long leggings, sleeves and have now ordered 2 short pairs and the new tablets.

I would give this company a minus if it was possible. I ordered some shorts on the 5th july, they have as yet to be shipped. I contact them an got a reply that they would pass it on to find out why my order was not shipped, I got a messg that they are 3/4 days behind that was over a week ago now and still nothing. I asked again why is my order or pls give me a refund as not alot left of summer by the time I would get them, but now they are not answering my emails so I guess i have lost my money
Will not recommend and will not purchase from them again. So if you want to lose your money and not get your order then go ahead. Im so angry. Customer service in my opinion is non existent they hope if they dont reply you will give up

I ordered a size but turns out it werent the right size i spoke with a person Icho who was more then happy to help me get the right size and send them quickly

Definitely feel a difference in my thighs since wearing cellumove tights. Recommend them. Great customer care. I had some issue with the sleeves and they were kind enough to send me a replacement pair of tights instead. Impressed

It’s been six weeks since my order (and payment).

First I had to chase to be told, after two weeks, that low consignment had meant the delay.

Next, that it had taken time to clear customs.

Then, it’s now been 12 days in country post customs and I’ve finally discovered the delivery team had been given the wrong address!

I’ve had many responses from customer support, lots of “tracking links”- all useless and still don’t have my items!

I leave for a holiday and wedding in less than 48 hours and have no idea if I’ll have them before I leave…. Nor any opportunity to see if the supposed difference in my legs can occur prior to the trip!

I have ordered leggings and shorts and they are so very cufortable and have helped with my legs no more swelling at the end of the day. realy do improve legs and muscles ,i have had hip replacement and they helped support my leg whilst recovering i would recommend anyone to give these a try

I would like to give Eunice 5 stars for helping me with my order and sending me out some more of the product, was always at hand to help and I would get a reply very quickly when emailing them ..the products are good cant fault this company 😀

I love the product! The leggings are very comfortable and fabric is soft. The compression is perfect not too tight. I would recommend these Cellumove leggings.

From the day I ordered my first pairs, sizes were big, ordered by waistline chart, turns out they were loose on legs. They quickly offered to send me replacements for free as it's their one time exchange policy. They took awhile to arrive, when they did there was a potential case of mislabelling with the sizes which I brought to their attention, they acknowledged, asked to send a video to show the labels n sizes, they studied that, acknowledged , thanked me for letting them know and offered to send me a complimentary piece, very kind of them. I was keen to buy the shorts too, again they were a size too big (a problem with short waisted people, hard to get a size that doesn't roll down), they acknowledged my dilemma and have offered to send me new replacements. These leggings and shorts are made with quality material, breathable n comfortable to wear as everyday outfit n for outdoor sports activities. I did not buy for the cellulite promises made but mostly for the comfort of it and that's what I'm getting, love them n love the choice of colours. I particularly want to mention the professionalism of staff members Chris and Koko whom I've been communicating with in last months. Know their hands are tight, communication can be a little slow but it was worth the wait, being patience helps, all is good. Ohh just seen their new collection with the pockets, maybe at my next colour orders? Haha! Thank you Cellumove. ❤️🙏

They contacted me asking that I remove my one star review AND send them a proof that I did SO they refund me the money for the leggins I didn’t receive and they never actually shipped. Such audacity! If you want to risk your money for whatever you buy from them, then do it

Received on time. Feel good on and look good too. Haven't worn them much as it's been too hot. Nice colours.

Customer service is fab!
I have also gone from a 5xl down to a 3xl in 3 months with a combination of these leggings and diet/exercise. My leg swelling has significantly reduced and I can tell if a day goes by and I haven’t worn these

The leggings made me feel lighter on my legs! I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from heavy legs

This company is diabolical , honestly DO NOT buy from them.
I recieved damaged goods on the 14th June and all iv had which takes weeks to get a reply is " so sorry we will give part refund" but once you except they dont reply to you.
The last communication i had on the 12th July said we will issue part refund immediately once you except! I'd already accepted!! ... since then iv sent a further 4 emails but they all just get ignored.. just under £60 they had from me and iv not recieved a penny back for the damaged items... Im just in the process of finding my rights to take it further..

My order was wrong, they sent different order than what I wanted. But Cellumove solved the problem to my complete satisfaction by the end of the case.

Ordered these leggings using the size guide that was recommended, but when they came they didn't feel quite tight enough to be a compression legging as advertised. I asked for an exchange, but there was some crossed wires and got the same size again. After more correspondence with a lovely agent called Koko, I am now awaiting my new order in the correct size. Can't wait for them to arrive. They have been really helpful and understanding about the whole thing.
