Cellumove staff professionalism
From the day I ordered my first pairs, sizes were big, ordered by waistline chart, turns out they were loose on legs. They quickly offered to send me replacements for free as it's their one time exchange policy. They took awhile to arrive, when they did there was a potential case of mislabelling with the sizes which I brought to their attention, they acknowledged, asked to send a video to show the labels n sizes, they studied that, acknowledged , thanked me for letting them know and offered to send me a complimentary piece, very kind of them. I was keen to buy the shorts too, again they were a size too big (a problem with short waisted people, hard to get a size that doesn't roll down), they acknowledged my dilemma and have offered to send me new replacements. These leggings and shorts are made with quality material, breathable n comfortable to wear as everyday outfit n for outdoor sports activities. I did not buy for the cellulite promises made but mostly for the comfort of it and that's what I'm getting, love them n love the choice of colours. I particularly want to mention the professionalism of staff members Chris and Koko whom I've been communicating with in last months. Know their hands are tight, communication can be a little slow but it was worth the wait, being patience helps, all is good. Ohh just seen their new collection with the pockets, maybe at my next colour orders? Haha! Thank you Cellumove. ❤️🙏
