Confused as the pillow looks different to the advertised pillow
The pillow appears to be shaped in an interesting way but the pillow I received looks different to those in the videos. Also I am not clear about the position of the pillow for when sleeping face up and then turning to sleep on the side. I think the pillow could be a bit longer.
Also I started to ignore the constant daily emails which were very tiresome. I changed the settings to receiving less emails and after a little time they started to reduce.
