Great value for money. Hotel a little tired but nice enough.
Driver was lovely. We took the scenic way back from ABBA Voyage, but it added to the experience. A night drive through London including Tower Bridge. He later told us he had only been doing the job a short time, so I think he did really well.

I have found this programme very beneficial. I am some who has never really been active as I found motivating myself very difficult. However, this programme has eased me into exercise very gently via "beginners" exercises to start with.
The format is so simple to follow and the videos easy to follow and informative.
I feel this programme would benefit so many others currently unable to access it.
There are many healthy eating menus available as access to pier support and an assigned Second Nature coach.
Funding for programmes like this available to more people, would ultimately save money as people would benefit from the "healthier you" aspect.
Prevention is a lot cheaper on the NHS than cure!
