Review of Eazy heat
The whole experience of buying and having a new boiler fitted was excellent. Craig provided an exhaustive list of suitable boilers with prices to choose from and was very informative about the pros and cons of each one I considered, making the decision easy. I chose a Vaillant with a 12 year warranty. The price was very competitive.
Callum, the heating engineer arrived to fit the boiler at 8am and was very efficient and fitted the boiler and a new radiator by 5pm.
There was a power issue (no fault of EasyHeat) which meant that the boiler couldn't be completed that day but Callum returned the next day to commission the boiler. After commissioning, Callum explained all the features of the boiler clearly.
Overall a great experience and I strongly recommend EasyHeat if you are looking for a new boiler.

Review of National Tyres and Autocare
Just had two tyres fitted at National insurance Runcorn.
The team there is excellent (Tony, Colin and Ethan).
The did a great job.
Safety was there main aim. They spent 30 mins properly refurbishing my wheels before fitting the tyres as I said that they were loosing pressure.
After Ethan fitted the wheels back and torqued them. The manager Tony checked the torque settings were correct.
Tony also removed the preferred time slot charge from my bill.
As l said I left feeling that I had the most professional tyre fitting team I have ever experienced.

This company is fraudulent. I purchased 6 solar panels in 2022, but they were never delivered despite numerous requests. Very poor communication. Eventually went to recover the amount paid via Money Claims court and have a judgement in my favour but this also has not been paid. Am now pursuing a court enforcement of the judgement. Do not buy from Renugen. I believe the positive Trust pilot reviews to be false.

T J Hughes let down by Courier Evri
We have once again been let down by Evri who have failed to deliver a parcel I purchased from TJ Hughes.
We live about 200m along the tow path of a canal and Evri have failed to deliver 4 separate parcels in the past month. This is because the courier's are lazy. We have raised an incident with Evri on each occasion but the parcel always is reported as lost. This negative review with TJ Hughes is hopefully one way of getting Evri to sit up and take action

Review of Renugen
Bought 5 no solar panels from Renugen in June 22. No contact regarding a delivery date so tried to call on their contact number, no response. Emailed to request a refund again no response. Have started legal via small claims court. Avoid this company.
As with many other reviews Renugen is fraudulent.
In response to Renugen's reply, I would ask that they refund the cost of the solar panels as requested 3 months ago. Actions are more important than words in restoring customer confidence.

Please accept our most humble apologies for any inconvenience you have suffered. There was never any intent to deceive, delay or leave your orders unfulfilled.
There have been some issues with alleged fraud, which whilst unfounded, we understand why customers would come to that conclusion. We would like to assure you there is no fraudulent activity, poor communication yes which we apologise sincerely for.
This has been further hampered by the inability to complete deals due to our bank account being frozen. We are working to remove the freeze and aim to fulfil refunds for all those out of pocket, as soon as practicable.
We do have a 30 day delivery policy we try to adhere to as the products we source are specialised and generally are not available from many companies.
