I was collecting a parcel, the first time I've done so. Good communication as to progress of the delivery, the pickup instructions were available online beforehand. The collection worked quickly and easily.

First time using InPost. Lots of helpful info on line. Lockers were easy to use, good to be able to enter the barcode manually. Communication is very good so I'm confident you're dealing with my return. Sadly you only have one outlet where I live. This might be a problem if it is often full like it was on Monday. Luckily I was travelling to a big city the next day and could dispatch it there.
