Since I have had Alexander delivery guy I've had no problem with my delivery's. He's always polite and smiley. Rings my door bell and hand my parcel too me. If I'm not at home he knows to leave it in a safe place not left on front doorstep like other delivery guys do. Thank you 😊

I've had some bad experiences with some delivery drivers over the past year. Leaving parcel on doorstep step in full view of people passing. Despite asking to put in a safe place out of view from people passing by my house. Easy target for someone to take. But the past few months our new delivery driver seems to take more care and respect of parcel delivery. Just hope our new delivery man doesn't leave he's nice and polite and gives time waiting for me to open door to hand parcel's over. If all drivers have to scan where parcel is handed with door open and not left on doorstep or where its been left in a safe place not left in view of people passing. I'm sure evri company
would see its driver as take care and customer parcel service would be excellent.
