The assistant was helpful and informative, now awaiting confirmation of call out to a fault with our LPG boiler which was not working.
Update: Two and a half hours later we were told that there was no engineer available, at all, in our area, for neither today nor the forseeable future! Our money was refunded, but this left us back to square one!

We understand how disappointing it must have been to learn that no engineer was available in your area after you’d already begun the process, especially with an LPG boiler fault. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. While we’re pleased we could issue a prompt refund, we appreciate that this still left you without the support you needed.
Your comments have been passed on to our service and scheduling teams so we can address the gap in engineer coverage and improve how we communicate availability in the future.

We seem to have been scammed.
We have been given notice to end if today (3 hours) to shift from solomons to ES1 who seems to be the same villan by a different name. Suggest using someone else would be a very smart move. It does not appear that deposits are paid into a protected Client account but into an unprotected business account. Very very very peed off

We want to express our sincere sympathies for the issues which have arisen in relation to investors involved in properties being delivered by a developer that Solomon Investment Partners had previously worked with - Empire Property Holdings.
Unfortunately Empire failed to deliver on its commitments, and this has had a direct impact on their investors as well as Solomon Investment Partners which has not received payments it was due.
ES1 has never worked with Empire Property Holdings and have no intention of doing so.
Our current roster of developers have a track record of delivering successful and high-quality developments.

Review of The CDA Group Ltd.
We moved into a new house and the cooker hood is from CDA.
It's sadly inadequate for the job, but aside from that the light switch broke after a couple of months. We have twice taken time off work to enable a repair/new switch to be fitted. The engineers attended but were unable to provide us with a working light switch! We are now asking to speak to a manager to try to get this resolved, instead our call has been disconnected! What lousy customer service! Is there any chance that they will get in touch after reading this review???
