Dealing with the online doctors and…
Dealing with the online doctors and jumping through hoop after hoop I think I needed therapy and in the end I got a refund so a complete waste of time as it was like messaging robots
Fail to deliver, fail to respond, hard to contact
Very, very poor service - avoid at all costs.
Delivery minus item, immediately notified.
No mechanism to phone.
Online form just pointless - responses not helpful.
Good job it was medication purchased and not a prescription.
As of today, I have waited two weeks for a resolution.
Didn't dispatch as promised, zero communication for days
Ordered a product because the website said, "Order by 8pm Sunday to Friday for same day dispatch". Four days later, and still nothing. No communication, order still showing as awaiting dispatch. Chased customer service who escalated to the warehouse and finally got it dispatched, but I can only assume my order would have continued to languish if I hadn't followed up. Don't claim same day dispatch if you don't keep to the promise. If you do miss a deadline, email the customer an update. Radio silence is never acceptable. It's really basic - what if this had been a medication I was relying upon receiving on time? I see from other reviews that missing deliveries and poor communication seem to be a pattern. Avoid.
the scent that wasn't sent.....
Ordered CK one eau de toilette on 16.08.25. No indication of any order progress as at 25.08.26. Cancelled order. Really poor service - if any at all.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a product and they asked for more information, I replied. They asked for yet more information and I replied again. Then they cancelled the order claiming I hadn't replied but I have the evidence in my sent folder. In my opinion they were just using delaying tactics because they hadn't got the product. Utterly useless.
Zero Stars in reality
Zero Stars in reality! Bought a KardiaMobile from them, as they were the cheapest price and what I thought was a reputable company….. NOT. The device was faulty as it kept losing my history 2 readings, then 3 and ultimately all of my history. Lloyds Pharmacy Online said that they do not refund ‘non-perishable’ goods that have been opened. How would I know it is faulty without opening it. I was quite happy to pay £120 for peace of mind with and an ECG, but not £120 for a faulty one, that loses your history. I am now doing a Section 75 with my Credit Card Company. Do not buy a KardiaMobile and certainly not from Lloyds Pharmacy . com.
Way overpriced and staff disinterested
Bought 2 things - NightNurse equivalent brand and a pack of Lemsips. Lemsips were £5.40, a bit cheaper than most shops for that brand name, or so I thought. However, I didn't realise until I got home, that there were only 5 in the pack rather than usual 10, so an absolute rip off - £1.08 per sachet is a joke.
I won't go back for anything other than prescriptions which they can't mark up
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Ordered two nasal sprays online. First order arrived, 1 damaged and 1 wrong item. After informing them, they only replaced the wrong item and totally ignored the damaged one. Two months later, haven't heard back from them. Very unprofessional customer service who clearly doesn't care!
Worst pharmacy ever
Worst pharmacy ever. Prescription went in last Friday and received a message saying it was ready to collect on Monday.Went on Tuesday to collect and Queued for 40 minutes to be served only to be told it would be ready to collect in an hour. Went back after one and half hours and queued again. The place is a joke
I rarely leave negative reviews
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with both the checkout experience and the customer service.
I entered a £10 discount code, and the website accepted it. It wasn’t until I reached the payment stage that the discount disappeared. By that point, there was no option to cancel or amend the order.
When I contacted customer service, I was initially told the code couldn’t be used because it wasn’t my first order. I later received a different explanation, saying the product I had ordered was exempt from the promotion. The inconsistent information was frustrating, and I felt the website should make it clear from the outset if a discount code doesn’t apply, rather than allowing customers to apply it only for it to be removed at the final stage of checkout.
I wasn’t asking them to change their promotional terms. I simply requested that they either acknowledge the confusing checkout process or offer a small goodwill gesture in light of the conflicting information I had been given. Instead, my concerns were dismissed with brief replies that didn’t address the issues I had raised.
The product itself may be perfectly fine, but based on my experience, the customer service and handling of this issue fell well below my expectations.
Wouldn't sell me medication that you can buy in the aisle of a supermarket
I was looking for some emergency next day delivery low dose aspirin on a Sunday - the kind you can actually buy off the shelf in the aisle of supermarkets and all they require is an age verification. Couldn't get it from our local shop as it had been out of stock all week and I urgently needed some. I have been taking this for three months under instruction from my consultant for pregnancy-related risks and never had a problem buying it. After an initial wave of relief at being able to order it online next day delivery from Lloyd's Pharmacy, they cancelled my order after a couple of hours, stating they couldn't sell it to me due to being pregnant. I am literally taking it because of the pregnancy, and you can normally buy it from a shop without even giving a reason for needing it. Very frustrating experience, and completely baffled why it would be harder (or impossible) to get medication from a pharmacy which is normally found on a shelf next to paracetamol for anyone to pick up.
Shocking customer service
I've just had a bad experience from lloyds pharmacy with their online ordering. Of course I should have checked the negative reviews before ordering. I ordered malibu miracle tan, which shows a clear picture of the item. I received my order this morning, to discover it's a totally different product. I emailed them to point this out, only to be told that the picture of the item on their website is for illustration only! How on earth can this be correct? They have sent me the miracle repair instead of the miracle tan - totally different. I'm so glad I never ordered any medication from them, goodness knows what I would have received. I've now had to make a formal complaint about this. Do not order from this website.
Disappointing ‘use by’ date
Disappointed. Very short (11 months) ‘use by’ date on Altruist SPF50 sun spray.
Ordering and delivery service was good although default courier is Evri. I opted to pay a bit extra for Royal Mail.
Lloyd Pharmacy is actually operated by Pharmacy2U Limited .
Website is awful, do not trust the next day timers.
Ordered some lotion fory legs as I had a bought of Folliculitis, the website stated I had 55 minutes to order for next day delivery so I paid the extra for Royal Mail next day, the purchase just advised I needed to answer a few questions and the item would be dispatched, I did this and it never came next day, I contacted Lloyds pharmacy via email as I wanted the difference in cost refunded as it didn't come next day as the website said it would, I do not think I was being unreasonable, I had a reply in the negative stating that one of the items needed pharmacist approval and that is why it was cing a day later, nowhere during the purchasing process did the website make clear this was the case so I persisted in my pursuit for reimbursement, I only wanted the difference back, I then had a condescending reply from their customer service agent in the negative again, they weren't getting my issue, the website mislead me into purchasing next day and that is why I wanted the difference back, I understand if a pharmacist needs to sign off but fix the damn website or make this clearer during purchase, they refused my perfectly reasonable request, my only recourse is to leave a review of my experience, awful service.
Arrived completely crushedPackaging was an absolute disgrace
Arrived completely crushed, medication box split open. No protective wrapping whatsoever. Totally unacceptable for a pharmacy.
Save your money and go else where crap…
Save your money and go else where crap customer service asked for a screenshot of my prescription off my other medication supplier which was given and they refused to prescribe my medication and took days to refund the money would never recommend them to anyone!!
Very slow response for pharmacist non-approval
Just be aware that they took four hours to cancel an order for pain relief medication that simply required pharmacist approval...meaning that I can now now longer get it delivered next-day from an alternative source, who approved it without any issues. This delay has denied me the pain relief that I need because of a slow and incompetent service. I totally get that they might not approve something - although this is baffling as they give no reason, there is no way of querying the decision and it was approved elsewhere without delay - it's the deay that has cause the issue. The alternative source is quite a lot cheaper to. Disappointing.
Lloyd's pharmacy clinical home care
I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Lloyd’s Pharmacy Clinical Home Care. As someone living with rheumatoid arthritis, I rely entirely on your service for my essential medication.
Last week I called three times for help: twice the line cut off when I reached positions 1 and 2 in the queue after a long wait. The third time I spoke to an advisor who could not assist me at all.
I called again last Friday, waiting 30–45 minutes, and got through shortly before closing. The advisor assured me my medication would be delivered on the 1st, but I received no text or written confirmation. I stayed home all day waiting, only to be told later the order had never been booked in.
I was referred to you by my doctor and have no backup supply of medication. This issue has continued for 2.5–3 weeks, leaving me with painful flare-ups and no way to manage my symptoms.
As a provider of essential medication, I expect reliable service. Your telephone support, customer service and delivery do not currently meet the standards described on your website. I have submitted a formal complaint and hope this will be addressed quickly.
